Mike, the owner, and his crew are good professionals, always on time, corteous and did a very good job. I am very satisfied!

Mike (owner) came out and gave me a detailed estimate work to be be done, time and materials required, as well as a price (based on material) for preparing the slab if needed. Mike and crew showed up at the appointed time and wasted no time getting to work on the demo of the old carpet. After the demo they proceeded to hand scrape the slab removing old splashes of paint, drywall mud, etc.. Following this they brought in a large metal straight edge to check the slab. Much to my surprise the slab wasn't exactly flat. In fact it was far from it. After mapping out all the depressions in chalk they filled them in with a quick setting leveling compound. Mike explained, while it looked fine with carpet and it's highly textured surface, when you put wood down and view from a low angle the depressions become fairly obvious. After the meticulous prep work they laid down the floor and trim work with the same attention to detail. I was especially impressed with the complex cuts made to accommodate the thresholds and baseboards as the transitions to the tile from some rooms were angled. Overall they did a first class job.
