They were very courteous. They were considerate of my time. Their prices were reasonable. They left a mess so I feel like they should have taken a little more time cleaning up.

I thought the sample window was excellent. They were right on time. They were very professional, I called and asked for a quote and they came out the next day. They were on time, walked around, did the measuring and I gave them the deposit and they went on their way. It was a good experience.

I'm very happy with the new window...much higher quality than the old one. Wish I could afford to replace them all!

When I complained about having had my time wasted in setting aside that time from work, the caller could not possibly have demonstrated that he cared less.

Missed one window but came back after we called; Left some mess around interior of windows.

You get for what you pay. They have decent quality. It is not top of the line and it is not cheap either. We had to track them down a little.

ddThe estimate was very professional. We signed a contract and I was promised 8 weeks delivery. 8 weeks went by, no delivery. I made it clear to the rep that I need installation before a certain date because I was going to be out of the country after that for a longer period of time, and he assured me there was not going to be a problem. After numerous calls and pleading, the installation was scheduled 2 days before my trip. The installer were totally unprofessional, arrived late, took long breaks for no reason, left a mess. I didn't have time to thoroughly inspect what they did at that time, but when I came back I noticed that one of the windows wasn't even sealed. It could have fallen out. I called the company and they sent someone to correct it. That person commented on how bad a job these installers did and said they were not their usual installers. Supsequently, when I was washing the windows, I got even more upset and frustrated because there was sealant and glue on the glass and it took me a long time to scrub it and remove it. The quality of the windows themselves may be OK, but the quality of workmanship this company provided was totally unacceptable.

I had no issues with their work. They were efficient and did a good job. Everything was great.

Contract for sliding glass door signed May 4, 2013. Product arrival and instillation was not until 08/2013. Issues w/ parts on door coming loose and water leakage reported but no return calls from owner. After 3 months of calls/complaints problems were fixed by manufacturer representative( 1st week in Nov 2013) . The doors are designed to have and quot;weep holesand quot; to drain water but plugs that are to be installed were missing. As of today (12/19/13) I still do not have them. Call to company - waiting for return call 1/19/14and gt; I understand the business is under new ownership ; I contacted them 3 weeks ago re: job being unfinished and I'm still waiting for a response!

I called to verify the start date 3 days before and was told that the installer was sick and would we like to wait or for them to get a new installer. We asked for a new installer so only started 2 days late. The original 2-3 day job that they estimated took 5 days due to the fact that LT did almost everything himself. His assitant showed up for only one day and was of little help as far as I saw. There was quite a mess on our back porch since everything was stored there while work progressed. It seemed that the trash built up over the first two days and when I saw rain in the forecast I asked LT to clean the porch out since all of the dust would have created a real mess. LT agreed and did a good job and even he agreed after the fact that it could have been a real mess. The windows went in fine, they look great, LT cleaned the outside and tried to clean the inside but we have hardwood floors and the dust was everywhere. When he was done we had the house cleaned. I was a little leary of having someone do this job. I was particularly concerned about the stucco issue. I only went forward with WW once I found that one of our neighbors used them to replace windows and had used them 3 separate times. We were happy with the installation but be forewarned, it is messy.

Installation was very poor. The customer service in response was worse. Rude and arrogant

. I feel that the overall experience was a B. It would have been an A if they had cleaned the carpet that they soiled. I will update in a few weeks as to how well the install is holding up.

Asked for an estimate for two kitchen windows. Came a little late - no problem. Measured everything, showed us a brochure, said he had to talk to someone that afternoon about the exact installation cost and would get back to us with an estimate that afternoon, or surely the next day, Saturday. The FOLLOWING Saturday (8 days later) he called, wanted to know if we still wanted the windows. We asked him the price; he said it was what he quoted us. Since he was a week late, and since he had NOT quoted us the price, and since we had an estimate from two other vendors with prices in line with what he thought our price might be (but nothing specific), we decided to go with someone else. We called them a second time, to give them a chance on another project. This time, after coming out, measuring, going back to the office, he called back and said he didn't think he could do this project. We won't call them again.

They're wonderful. The people who did the installation were very clean and cleaned up every day. It took them 3 days to do the install and did a very good job with the installation. We didn't even have to do any painting after they removed the old windows they were so careful.

The quality of the windows was very good, but the installation was not so great. They had one guy come out the first day, but it was supposed to be a two man crew. The second day he came out with a helper, but seemed rushed. The windows look good. They gave me the best price of the three estimates I received.

The estimate went fine. They did my neighbor's windows a few years ago and he recommended them. I went with another company because they offered a large discount from the home show. Window world did not offer a discount. My husband made an appointment at the same time for an estimate to replace a door on our other house. It took over a week for window world to call back with the price.

We had 4 windows replaced and are totally satisfied with the results. We highly recommend Window World.

They came out to the house to give me an estimate, and my experience with them was okay. I got several quotes, and I was interested in the products of the other companies more than their products. Their estimated price was high. I would not consider using them in the future.

The salesman was good; he came back on a Saturday to explain everything. They were generally good although I did have to get someone back after the job to do one of the windows outside that was not trimmed correctly; but apart from that everything was okay. I will use them again in the future.

I liked their proposal. They gave a clear and concise proposal. Their price was less than everybody out that we checked with. They came promptly and took care of the window job in a timely manner. I had to call them back for one window and they came right back. I had no issues and no problems. If necessary, I would use them again in the future too.

I found that it was clear that they didn't want my project because they couldn't fulfill the guarantees I required. I've heard good things about them, but something I wanted in my job turned them off. They were not very responsive.

I had to meet with a salesman first, who assessed the situation. I ordered the windows late October. I was told by the salesman I would hear back from them in three weeks' time to set up the installation date. I never did, and had to follow up to find out where my windows were. Since I had a "small" job, I had to be worked in to a larger job. If I hadn't called to follow up on my windows, I would probably still be waiting today. For the price of the windows, I assumed I would be treated as fairly as a customer with a large order, but that wasn't the case. On the installation day, the installers showed up an hour late, with no call to let us know that they were delayed. A neighbor recommended Window World. I was happy with the end result (though it was a little pricey) and thanks to the salesman I picked the right color.

They did a great job for us. They kept their appointments and just did a wonderful job. They were courteous and I didn't have any problems with them at all.

They did an excellent job on the windows and I am very happy. I would recommend them to anyone. They made sure to be very careful and did not make a big mess in my house at all. They were considerate to my things and made sure to answer all of our questions.

They are over a year overdue, and their work still hasn't passed inspection. The City of Jax Beach has denied the inspection with penalties against Window World twice. There are HUGE CHUNKS of concrete MISSING from where the installers first tried to chip away at the concrete block of the house because the window they ordered was too large. When they installed it flush with the outside of the house, and it didn't match any of the other windows, I asked them to fix it. They did; By installing a window that is too small, and now fits so far inside the window that they are leaving exposed holes they made. Window World has been a nightmare to work with. They make appointments and then don't show up. Their crew calls me at the last minute to tell me they won't be coming after all because it is "too hot", "too late", "too rainy", or their favorite one "The job we are on now is running over". Even when I insist they make appointments in writing, they still don't show up.
