Very well would use again

I had very mixed experiences with this company. They were very helpful with my planting decision making and gave well explained descriptions of each plant. My problem was with their delivery. I scheduled the delivery 10 days in advance. Called to confirm. When it did not arrive as scheduled I called again and the associate was unpleasant. They did get the delivery to me that day and the driver was very congenial. It appears they had builders who had bigger orders that morning (when I was scheduled) and because mine was a much smaller order I can only assume I was ignored even though I had paid and scheduled before these other/bigger customers. (When I scheduled there was only one delivery for that day.)

Backyard landscaping was non-existent at our home. Based on the shape and challenges of our yard, we decided to plant 3 bottlebrushes and 6 Nellie Stevens hollies. We wanted large (6' to 7') specimens which are generally offered in the 30 gallon size. We visited four major nurseries to look at the quality of the plants we were seeking. We were surprised to find that (1) 30 gallon size prices were comparable ($140 ish) for all 4 nurseries but (2) the size and quality of the plants were SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT. Williams Nursery specimens were a much better quality and even the 15 gallon specimens at Williams were greener, fuller and larger than the 30 gallon specimens at other nurseries. This nursery does primarily wholesale business to landscapers. As such, they do not provide installation but do recommend several companies. Our plants were delivered on time and as promised the day after our purchase. We are very satisfied and confident with our purchase.
