One thing I have observed he is prompt in his appoinment with us.I appreciated he granted my request not to deposit the check until 1/5/10 that gives me peace of mind that my check will not bounce.I think his appraissal is realistic as to the the value thought it went down by 100 thousand the value is still in the 200.Fair enough as to his appraisal methodology.Thanks.In his appraisal note my correct number is 904-553 -0942
