Quick response and very calm through the process of removing a snake from our home!!

Randy came out for a worst case scenario type of situation. Some thing had crawled in my dryer duct vent from the outside of my house and I came home from being out of town, only to be welcomed in my laundry room by a bad smell. Upon sniffing around, I found my nose leading me inside the dryer. Once I stuck my head in there I knew there must be something in the vent. Randy came out and we discovered I had a terrible ductwork design, with the vent going through the back wall and dropping straight down vertically, taking a 90° turn about 3 feet down, and then exiting underneath the foundation of my house and finally coming out underneath a deck (with zero crawlspace or acess). It was a complete struggle to find where the vent exited the house and we ended up having to tear up some decking boards and doing a lot of investigative work. Randy was determined and he kept at it. He was at my house for a total of four hours and we realized the obstruction Was just outside my laundry room wall, where the 90° turn occurred. Due to the positioning we could not get this thing out by pushing or pulling, and he tried multiple approaches and tools. After four hours he left and I desperately called all sorts of plumbers hoping they might have something seriously powerful to get it out. He called me later that evening and told me he had an idea and wanted to come back. He came back the next day and worked some magic and was able to remove a large rat. It would have been getting extremely bad and none of the plumbing or AC companies wanted to deal with my situation. He really wanted to finish the job and take care of this problem for me, and he had a lot of empathy for the situation. He also probably saved me thousands of dollars in demo work that might have had to be completed To access this pipe.

Randy is very responsive. He is knowledgeable. He helped humanly trap and re-home an armadillo and possum.

We hired Wildlife Warden to investigate noises in the attic. It turns out it was rodents. They performed a trapping service and took care of the problem.

Randy was very professional and quick to get the job done. We caught the armadillo and Randy released by a lake. Be sure and hire if you need a great job!
