Never able to reach

My husband spoke with a representative. We set up an appointment for them to come out. My husband was not going to be here that day. So I called because I did not want to wait around for them all day. The lady who answered the phone said that they did not write down the appointment. We had not even been scheduled as he had told my husband. We decided that we would go with a different company and that this was incredibly unprofessional.

We contacted Mr. White for a quote and he sent somebody to look at the house the next day and left us a quote pretty fast. They were the lowest price and were able to add the back porch roofing on it. Once we decided to go with them, they came the next day to sign the contract and write down the details of the materials. They had to delay the project due to weather which was delaying other projects however, they kept us informed on what was going on and what to expect. They came and worked h****** it for about 3 days. They were ran out on the afternoons and came back first thing in the morning. Couldn't be happier with the results!!!

Could not give a stronger recommendation for the quality of work,customer service, price and value Tim White and his crew provided. Would recommend anyone needing roofing work have Tim White give an estimate before making a final decision. He will not disappoint you.

Very honest! Had them come out to quote a new roof and they gave me great news that I just needed metal pieces replaced. Will use again.

I called them last Friday and they came out that evening to do the estimate. They started the work today. The experience has been excellent. I am very happy with them. They responded quickly and their quote was the best. They offered the same as other companies that came out. They were in my driveway just like they said they would be.

I had to call them to return after we had some heavy rain as there was still a minor leak allowing water to drip on the fireplace again. They came back and did some additional caulking on the wood of the chimney. I had used them prior to being on Angie's List to do some warranty work on this same house several years ago when we had a bad leak that was manifesting in the bedroom window. They successfully fixed that issue under the new house warranty. I felt that they did a quality job and were very responsive, likewise with this latest repair of the roof. They warranty their work and that shows that they stand behind their service. Their knowledge of roofing and how to resolve issues was apparent..

Very professional job - cam exactly when they said they would and the new roof looks great. They did an excellent cleanup job and there were no shingles or nails left in my yard. i would definitely recommend them. A couple of other companies I interviewed were just guys with pickup trucks. White's has been doing roofs a long time and their work shows they know what they're doing.

Whites Roofing gave us a written estimate for the job. He came exactly when he said he would. I was happy that he gave us a five year warranty. We would refer them to others.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN OKAY. THEY'RE A GOOD COMPANY. IT IS TAKING A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO FINISH THE JOB BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THEIR SUPPLIES. WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET AN ESTIMATE FROM THEM YET.
