Todd Weeks was on time and brought another gentlemen as well. He matched my desired appraisal amount and was able to support it with appropriate comps. The neighborhood is undergoing much change and I have seen lots of bad comps there previously. He found terrific rental comps and did all of this in just 2 days. He also emailed me a copy of the appraisal as he had agreed to. He was timely, informative, and professional. He also gave me what no one else in town probably could have: an appraisal in 2 days (during a very busy week) and an appraisal amount higher than others had estimated.
Description of Work: Todd Weeks scheduled an investment property appraisal for me when no one else in the yellow pages seemed to be able to do so. He charged an extra $100 for the additional rent roll comps requested by my lender (seems an industry standard now).
