Not good service. This company does not honor their work. I will not recommend it to anybody. And if you do have these people come in and do their service make sure you ask them if they honor their work that done it right with no extra charge if they end up coming back for the same problem that they did that fix the first time.

Purchased A/C for a home in Florida. We were promised that this expensive unit would solve out humidity problems. 4 months later with multiple visits by service techs the unit is still not performing. When we call Waycoff management they just hide behind the receptionist and and are never willing to take our calls. Based on other online reviews I can see we are not the only unhappy customer. We are not trying to use the Waycoff satisfaction guarantee which I uploaded. It is not even worth the paper its written on. They are refusing to honor their money back guarantee or their performance guarantee.

WARNING: Waychoff's is no longer a Jacksonville owned/operated company. They are now part of a large holding group whose home office is in Delaware. RECOMMEND: Use a locally owned and operated AC company that best understands the AC needs of Jacksonville residents.

We've tried to maintain a relationship with Waychoff's for 3 or 4 years now. They were good the first time they showed up at one of our 7 rental places. Even talked us into a 1 year service program. After that, everything went down hill. Missed appointments. Billing issues. Leaving the jobsite saying the repairs were done when they weren't. Today was the last straw when I asked for a repair visit and they claimed they needed a new credit card on file. I asked to speak to the manager and was denied. Don't call these folks if you expect to be treated well and have a good long term relationship. They are only interested in today's money and not doing a good job for their customer.

It went well. The tech was on time and efficient.

Technician miss spoke a difference in charges of $437, I was told charges would be $538 and final bill was $975. Still waiting for company to make it right. since 5/31/19.

We called Waycoff’s for an estimate, and Scott, a sales representative came out and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and we were given a very reasonable estimate and signed a contract for a new system. Our installers Chris and Michael arrived on time and were very professional. They did a wonderful job and even spent time going over how the system worked and made sure we were comfortable with the instructions and able to navigate the system. I would highly recommend Waycoff’s to anyone needing replacement or repair of their AC system.

They called before they came to the house. Arrived and started work right away. Explained to me whatever i asked. Cleaned up everything!! Walked me through the thermostat system. They were very professional, very friendly. i would recommend this company and these installers to everyone.

Excellent! Arrived on time; Jason was very professional. We wanted covers for the outside units to keep the leaves off. Jason recommended mesh ones - we liked them and they were very reasonably priced.

As usual, Waychoff was very professional right from the first call - on a Saturday! They explained what was wrong with our AC unit (our cooling coil was corroded) and then gave us options. We decided to go with a brand new unit that should last us for several years. They put coolant in to last us until the ordered unit was available for installation. They were here on Tuesday morning and got us up and running with the new unit - which they registered for us. They wear booties over their shoes when they enter your house and were very courteous to us.

It took three visits but they we professional and diligent in finding and repairing the problem. We believe they did the job in the best possible time.

Max was great! He arrived on time, explained the problems he located, made recommendations for the repair and was very professional.

Motor was overpriced by at least 2 times. I didn't have time to deal with getting and installing it myself so paid the exorbitant rate. Technician arrived on time but could get the right motor. When he left, he left wire on the ground, the A/C cap, was also on the ground - it wouldn't fit because the bolts he used were too long. He also had two wires wrapped through the top of the A/C faring. All in all it looked like 6th grade hillbilly dropout did the work.

Terrible: Did not honor Angie's List coupon for $59.00 off service call, which was mine over $300.00. Don't hire this company, price over others is also very, very high. Don't hire them!

No issues. arrived on time, added Freon in addition to inspection.

To start with I was told I had a 3PM appt. on 4/6. When I called at 3:30 I was told it was a two hour window. When the technician arrived he appeared to be knowledgable, but how would I know. This is not my area of expertise. He supposedly sent me an email of the invoice which I never received. I was informed later that their system has problems with Comcast and gmail email systems. I called several times and finally was told I could come to their office to pick up the invoice but they could not deliver it.. This is entirely unacceptable. I do not even know if the work done was entirely needed. He said batteries need to be changed out every few years. The system is 14 years old and no other tech has ever mentioned batteries. I think because they were offering a discounted service call they were making up the difference by pushing batteries at a cost of over. $200.00 each. Don't know for sure the actual cost as I cannot get an invoice. Would never use their services on my home or rentals ever again.

Shawn was very professional and thorough. He made a few recommendations to prolong the life of the unit. Inspected both inside and outside units.
