Very Well. There were a few small problems but it overall went very well.

The comfort consultant Mike Lombardi was very professional and knowledgeable about all of the Waychoff products. He made us feel very much at ease with our purchase. The installation installers Chris and Jimmy were very professional and nice. The installers did a great job of correcting the duct work in the attic so that my sons room would be as cool as the rest of the home. We have lived in this home for over 19 years and Waychoff is the only AC Company that was able to fix this issue. They did a great job installing the AC inside and outside. They were very careful with making sure they had shoe covers on and protection pads on my wooden floors. When they finished with the installation you would have never know they were here except for my home was cool again. After the installation was completed they also took the time to walk us through how to program the new thermostat. Love that it is wireless. Thank you Waychoff for the great AC and the great service from beginning to the end.

Went find with service technician but disappointed with extreme mark up on part. With advertising of $50.00 coupon discount was not received by the time technician was writing up bill forgot to mention again regarding coupon following initial service call.

They uncovered some issues with mold in my system I wasn't aware of and they rectified it for me.

My old thermostat was off as much as 8 degrees so that was taken care of with this new one.

I called for AC service Friday evening and was scheduled for 9.00am the next morning. The service man arrived on time and replaced a part on the condenser. The AC still did not work so he started looking at the air handler where he informed me the heat strip was "fried". He stated he didn't have the part and would not be able to get it until Tuesday (Monday was holiday). He charged me $300 and stated someone would call me on Tuesday to schedule the other part replacement. I waited Tuesday and did not receive a call so I called a different company. And had the whole system replaced. I was finally contacted on Thursday. I asked did they care that I was without AC for the whole week and the scheduler replied we have been busy. That's crappy customer service. Why didn't the service tech check the whole system before replacing a part?? Just like any bigger company I'm sure It matters which service tech you get but follow up is a office issue and they suck

Steve was punctual and very professional. I appreciated Steve calling me earlier and coming by sooner since his first appointment had cancelled. Steve noticed while servicing it that it needed a new condenser capacitor and contractor. Thankfully both were covered under warranty so no charge to me! He also changed out my filter. I purchased the pan treatment strip for $25 which is well worth the preventive maintenance. Thank you, Steve and Waychoff's, for the dependable service provided.

I called around and got 3 quotes from Angie's List service providers. They had the best price, their salesman was terrific and their people were good. They did the whole job in one day.

They came very quick and fixed the problem.

Overall I am satisfied. However, several small issues came up, which is the reason I gave a B: 1. every company I hired to do annual AC service cleaned indoor and outdoor units and checked the ducts in the attic. Last time, the tech found that one of the AC ducts was leaking. This time the technician did not inspect the attic. He told me that if one of the ducts is leaking, the attic would be cold and house hot, which was not the case last year. The tech did not vacuum the outside unit. I had to do it myself after. 2. I bought a "deal" from Angie's list for the annual service. Their usual price is the same. 3. The tech double charged me the service. I had to call twice to get refund. I received the refund 1 month later. 4. The tech convinced me to install $1000 air purifier "air knight", which made the air in the house very stinky. They did, however, remove it and gave me full refund.

Waychoff did an excellent job. Their salesman, Scott Liner, was the most thorough and professional of any of the people we had to house to give us estimates. We were pleased with everything from beginning to end. The installation was clean & efficient and the units are working fine.

I called them to repair my heat pump and after 4 visits and almost $600 it still did not work. And they overcharged me for installing a new thermostat (which was still under warranty that they did not tell me). Fortunately, another company's sales person graciously fixed it for free.

Waychoff was great. From beginning when Scott Liner came to give us an estimate to end with our new heat pumps running well, they did a great job. Scott was the most thorough and informative of any of the people we had in to give us a estimate. Would highly recommend.

I had a dirty air filter causing it to freeze up. The technician replaced the capacitor charging me only for labor to replace it. I purchased an annual service agreement and a hard start assist to aid the compressor.

Went well. They provided multiple options, directed me to a service and price that was appropriate and reasonable. They were quick, efficient, and professional. It was a very positive experience.

Tim was wonderful! Very professional, friendly and explained things so that I would understand. He made suggestions for repairs but did not pressure me in any way to have it done at that time.

We use Waychoff's to service our home a/c on a regular basis so when we wanted to put an a/c unit in the shed we knew we wanted to give them our business since they are so dependable and so easy to deal with. We have been extremely pleased with the unit, the installation, and working with Mike is great- he explains everything, lets us ask questions until we feel comfortable and is so efficient- we will continue to use Waychoff's anytime anything comes up-

I was very happy with the service received. Chase arrived on time, early even. He was very polite and professional, made me feel very at ease and comfortable with the process. He was able to repair my unit that day. I would definitely use them again.

I had 2 brand new units installed by Wyckoff and have had 6 repairs that may or may not have been covered by warrantee. Ironically, the last repair both units had the same part go out at the same time (suspicious?) both units lost their fan motors and both were covered under warrantee - but I had to pay over $800 for Wyckoff to fill out the paperwork for the warrantee? I called to complain and the service manager basically said he didn't care. No call back from the owner. I will keep posting to let people know how bad this experience has been.
