Description of Work: Technician did not complete all services that were listed in the write up. Although the technician was on time he constantly complained about having to drive the distance just for the amount of the certificate. I would use the company again if there is a more pleasant and professional technician.

Description of Work: They checked my AC/heat unit cleaned leaves out of the outside unit. They gave me can evaluation of my unit and any expected future repair with possible costs. It went well but they took 3 weeks before they contacted me to schedule an appointment. Then they came early due to a canceled appointment. Professional but not prompt. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Placed a sensor to stop the AC unit if the water backed up...which it has and ruined my hardwood floor. Why can't anyone fix the problem instead of |putting a temporary fix (that didn't even work)---I had to provide an extension cord for the guy to wet vac and he was going to feed the cord from the outside through a hole in my screened patio which would have ripped a huge hole in it if I had not been watching him.

Description of Work: Had to replace a motor in my a/c unit. Had another quote that was cheaper by maybe $100, but went w/ these guys. I'm confident in their diagnosis; they came out on the weekend. Everybody was good to deal w/ from the receptionist to the repair guy.
