We provide the greater Jacksonville area with heating and air conditioning service, repair, installation, maintenance and warranties. We've been in business for 11 years and are located near 9A and US1. All of our employees are back ground checked and drug tested and we only use our employees not sub-contractors. We are licensed and insured, NATE certified, Bryant factory authorized and Trane comfort specialists. Description of Work: I Called this morning with a problem with the Heat Pump. The air was not blowing into the house. They have good customer service. They gave me an appointment today. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and had the part delivered to the house. The a/c was working by 3:30 pm. I will call them again if I need havoc service. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and they answered a million questions happily.

Description of Work: Purchased winter maintenance deal-- provider discovered a burnt-out capacitor that needed immediate replacement. Once that was done we discussed their ongoing maintenance package, which my husband and I consider very reasonably priced and are planning to subscribe to. All in all, we're very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Description of Work: I thought my system needed replacement, which I couldn't afford , but the technician assured me that with a few parts being replaced I could probably get a few more years out of it. Description of Work: I called them to check out a problem with my AC duct work leaking. A technician came out and told me I had a problem with my duct work that would probably require a complete replacement of all the ducts. He could not provide me with an estimate or do anything to temporarily correct the leaking. the visit lasted approximately 10 minutes. He then charged me $86.00. When I called to speak with the service manager to question why they didn't send someone that could provide me with an estimate and then charge me $86.00 to do nothing, he didn't even have the DECENCY to return my phone call. That's really HORRIBLE customer service for a former client. (they had performed insulation work for me in the past and I had a maintenance contract with them on my AC). I'll never call them again or refer them to anyone.
