Got home at 2am and of course there was no cold air blowing.. I knew i was in trouble since today is saturday. I called a couple of different companies and everyone i called was going to charge time and half since it was saturday. $127-150 just to come out.. Called Waycoffs Heating and Air Inc and was told it was $85 for the service call that they did not charge extra for weekends or after hours... Technician was at my house within 15 minutes!!!! Iam already back up and running.. Called at 9:45 and by 10:30 my air was back up and running.. Awesome service. Would use them again without any hesitationAi

Our air conditioner went down suddenly last Thursday , so I jumped on to Angie's List to find some names and started making calls. Waychoff came up as one of the names and so I called them. They told me they would come around 6 pm that evening. But Billy showed up at 3.30 pm and jumped on to start diagnosis on our A.C. Within minutess he came to the conclusion that the motor is dead and the entire A.C. Unit had to be replaced. So we knew it had to be in a ball park figure of $5000-$6000 but did not want to make a decision right away. We asked for a temporary fix to buy more time. The company said Mathew would be down with a loner in the evening and he would give us a quote also. We were happy as we were sweating since morning. Mathew arrived at 6.30 pm and pulled out his computer and started to give us quote . He wanted us to go with Trane 15 SEER as he thought it was the best. There was no talk of loner (though he always carry one in his car that was told). He gave us a quote between $6700-7200 with options. We were taken aback as that was too high. He also said he could not put a loner if we did not go along with his quote right away to install a new unit. We were put in a tight spot at it was getting late in the night and there was no way we could have made that kind of decision without shopping around. We asked him to call his owner to see if something could be done about the loner for that night but the owner did not have the courtesy to call us or do anything. So much so for customer service. Mathew left. We called up CHASE A.C. and they immediately called back. Tried to start working on quotes and were so courteous. Chase also said even if you don't want to get work done from us thats fine at least we can help you in someway. I like that kind of response. WAYCHOFF has no idea what customer service is. Well that night my entire family (2 small kids) we were without the air conditioner. Then we looked around next day contacted companies for quotes. Chase gave us way lower cost on different A..C. than Waychoff. We found a company which gave us quote on Trane exact same as model lIke WAYCHOFF for a price which was $1200 less. Amazing ! Wilson Heating immediately came out the next day and put a loner and gave us a quote and also told us to take our own time to make a decision for putting a new unit. They would not charge us for the loner till we made a decision. The A.C. came back right away. Thanks to Wilson. We are working on a loner for the moment. But the point being I would never recommend WAYCHOFF for anything.....Please shop around before you deal with them . Please contact CHASE Air or Wilson Heating I would recommend them always. Awesome guys !

I called them at 8:30 on a Sunday morning and my unit was back up and running by noon. Very professional and did a great job.

Everything was fine. They were prompt and did what they said they would do. I got all kinds of rebates, like the state rebate; the price should have been around $8000 but it ended up being around $4000. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Waychoff's and especially the crew that worked at my house. They took great care to keep my floors clean from debris falling through the a/c registers from the attic, including vacuuming my floors at the end of each day. Also, they were very careful to re-lock all the "baby safety locks" that I have installed on every single interior door of my house. They were pleasant to talk to and patient with my questions and with my 7-year-old's questions. This was the very best contracting experience we've ever had! They truly did provide the high-quality service they said they would, which is unusual these days. In our other experiences with other contractors, the estimator "wowed" us up front, but then the crew was a rag-tag bunch of guys that didn't keep in communication with the estimator to know if they were providing the right product/service/etc. Waychoff's crew contacted the estimator on a daily basis and the estimator stopped in to check their work during the job and after the job. About a month after the a/c ducts were replaced, we called Waychoff's to come back and install insulation in our attic. (Another good experience with them.) Maybe a week or so after the insulation was installed, we had a leak at the condensation pipe on our a/c unit. The problem may or may not have resulted from the work that Waychoff's did, but they repaired the problem without question and without a fee! We are completely happy with our experience with Waychoff's and will recommend them highly to anyone who needs a/c work done.

i got 3 estimates for this unit, they were just slightly less then the other two competitors, but out of the 3 they seemed to take the most time to go through my house and make sure what i was getting was going to be the most efficient for my needs and for the money. being that i was trying to take advantage of the goverment tax credits before the 1st of the year they told me up front what i could expect. they were the only one of the three who did not have an upcharge to get the unit installed on new years eve. they cam in about 8:00 am and were finished with the install just after one that afternoon. there service man then came in and went over everything with us and showed us how to us the thermostat, a few days later the sales man came out too make sure we were happy and if we had any questions. very professional!

They were good. I liked them. I paid around $400 on the job. They came out on time. They did a great job. They were really thorough and nice. I thought they were good. I didn?t have any complaints about them. The price was okay. They were not pushy about it. They gave me options. I would recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

Installation went very well. However, the first service call... the technician got caught in traffic and was running well over an hour late... NO phone call. I had to track him down through the office (who didn't know he was running late). Ended up re-scheduling that visit. The second visit went very well (different technician)... punctual and professional.

We called on a Sunday and were told that it would be 1 1/2 hours til someone arrived. About 30 minutes later we were called and notified that someone was on his way. When the repair man arrived he tried to fix the unit. After installing at least one part that was about $250 and it still did not work, he recommended that we replace the unit. He would and could replace just the compressor but showed us that there were other problems that might arise. Unfortunately we also had to replace the air handler as well, as we needed to upgrade to a 13 seer. The repair man took out the new part and did not charge for the part or the time to install. They came on Monday morning and replaced the unit.

We had a few problems running the unit and they came right out to help us. They answered all of our questions and were very friendly. I think they did a good job on the work and I would recommend them to together people.
