Waychoff's did a fantastic job. When I called for repair service because my AC was not working late in the afternoon, they sent a repairman within an hour. He checked the entire system, ran some diagnostic tests and let me know the possible causes for the breakdown and prices for possible repair as well as the price for a new unit. I decided on a new unit and asked how soon could it be installed. A Consultant arrived immediately to assess what kind of system I needed and what size unit. He also brought a portable AC unit that I could use to cool the house while waiting for the installation to be completed. He went over all the estimate information with me, explained everything in detail, offered financing options and answered all my questions. I was assured Waychoff's would arrive with a new unit to be installed early the next morning. Sure enough, two installers arrived in the morning and they got right to work. They could not have been nicer or more polite. They gave me frequent updates as the day went on and kept me aware of their progress every step of the way. They were so friendly, that despite the 90 degree heat I found myself outisde chatting with them while they worked. The new unit was up and running within a few hours. It works beautifully and is quiet as a mouse! I can see this saving me on my electric bill already! The next day, the Consultant returned to check the unit, review the installation and perform a "walk through" to ensure the unit was running properly. Other than the price of the intial service call ( which was then taken off the price of the unit) I was not asked for a dime until the unit was checked by the Consultant the next day. I appreciate the fact that Waychoff's was more concerned with my satisfaction than making a sale and receiving payment. I cannot say enough about this company, I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC service or is looking to purchase a new AC unit. Thank you Waychoff's!

Replaced fan on furnace in 2007. Have maintenance contract since that service.

Started out calling the installer of the air conditioner when house was built. They made the appt. but never showed up. We called Waychoff's and they did everything perfect. Showed up on time-figured out what was needed; and had the parts at the shop to fix. Very satisfied.

I had a big deal coupon for them. My experience was okay. My air conditioner was working fine before he got there. And then after he was outside and suddenly it wasn't working anymore so I called the main office and I guess the supervisor there had them put in the condenser coil for free. So it was mixed, it was weird because everything was fine, I just wanted them to give it a tune up. They made the situation right and I'm satisfied. He was done within an h our, an hour and fifteen minutes.

They also service those every six months where they come in and check out the system and change the filters. They also do a little bit of cleaning. They are really responsive. We asked them to call us on their way over and they do that for us so that we can run home and wait for them. They are very responsive and they installed our heating and air conditioning a day after our old one went out.

Very professional installation, left our residence cleaner than they found it. The garage air handler looks great with the custom built box under the air handler.

Everything went as planned. This was a large job with the relocation of the air handler. They did a great job patching up the holes in the ceiling of the laundry room where the duct work had been for 16 years. They were very professional and worked diligently through the terrible heat of summer. The attic was especially a challenge with the heat. Regardless, they continued to work hard in order to get the job done on time. I had several air conditioning companies out to give estimates, and I am very happy that I went with Waychoff. Their pricing was competitive, and their work was excellent.

It was a very simple job. We ordered new filters to replace the old ones on an electronic unit. The filters took longer to arrive than what they informed me. They never provided a new ETA. I was getting worried when the call came and they performed the installation

The crew showed up at the time we expected and the team of three immediately began working, each focused on getting the project done in one day. They were courteous and professional interacting with me as I "watched and inspected" the work being done. We had a very tight space to get our supply and return ducts up thru the garage ceiling into the attic and they came up with a very good solution for that. They were done in one day, Eric helped me program the new thermostat to the settings we wanted. The Salesperson followed up for a quality inspection and final paperwork. I had several punch list items that they attended to very quickly. All in all a job well done that met our expectations.

The experience went pretty well. I would say that from a final perspective it became hard and I actually signed up for a plan which they did not follow up with me on. When they were here they were really nice. The guy basically told me that if I signed up for the plan I didn’t have to pay as much for the actual visit here. The guy actually did kind of give me advice on some things that I needed to be prepared for but I did actually didn’t hear back from them on the kind of maintenance plan. They did give me some kind of special. I thought that the plan was good as they said that there was a onetime service free as well. So I thought that it was a pretty good deal as it was something around $10 more than the actual service. They fixed my A/c which was having problem from very long that showed they knew what they were doing.

The sales rep. from Waychoff's was on time very knowledgeable and answered all our question's. When we decided to go with Waychoff's, as we had called for about five different prices, our schedule was made right away. There was none of that , "let me see when we can schedule you in". On the day of the install the men were on time and went right to work, they came ready and knew just what to do. Although it reined, sometimes heavy rain, the men worked very hard to make sure the unit's were installed, up and running the same day!

My renters were in 86 degree apartment heat. I was in desperate need of someone to come fix this on a SATURDAY NIGHT! I called a lot of Angie's List recommendations but these were the only ones that responded quickly and professionally. Within 30 mins they were at the apartment and BAM, they fixed it and they were the most reasonable. When no one else would return my call in a timely manner, they were on the spot and made life a lot easier for myself and my renters. They are on my favorites list for sure!

Everything went very well. The gentleman was very nice and he was timely and quickly. I can't compare his price to anyone else, but it seems reasonable to me under the circumstances.

When I arrived home very late on Saturday evening 7/6, I immediately realized my A/C was not blowing cold air. We tried a few test maneuvers to no avail. Due to church on Sunday morning and a few other commitments, I did not access Angie's List for assistance until about 8:00 p.m. on Sunday 7/7. I called Waychoff's, set up an appointment for Monday morning 7/8 and by about 9:00 a.m. on Monday 7/8, they had been to my home, found the problem, fixed it, and cold air was blowing again. I was so pleased with the whole experience. I was very thankful that it was just a repair and not a need for replacement. Praying I won' t have any futher problems with my A/C unit, but if I do, it will be Waychoff's that I call.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly, courteous, and professional. It took about an hour for him to perform a pretty detailed inspection of the blower, the compressor, and the vents in the house. Everything was working fine, but he did find a part that was starting to fail in the compressor (a $200 expense), but didn't think we needed to replace right away. I appreciated that he wasn't being pushy and trying to have us purchase and replace the part for no reason. Agreed to have it checked in six months when the next inspection is due. At the end of the visit, he sent an email receipt straight from the iPad he was carrying.

I had called for service on Saturday morning and was told a tech would be out that afternoon. Jason was pleasant and neat, but did not completely diagnose the problem. After running a couple of tests, he did not remove the fan on open the inside of the unit, he said that the compressor had seized and I needed to replace the entire unit. Later that day the owner came over to quote a price for the new unit and I requested a price on a new compressor, we have only been in the house for 5 years. He was not able to give me even a ballpark on the compressor price but quoted the new units from $5100 to $8000. I told him we would need to think about and would still like a quote on the repair. I then called another company on Angie's List and they did a complete diagnostic and found that the compressor was not the issue and the unit was up and running in an hour at less than 10% of the cost of the least expensive replacement unit. Pricing was rated at an "A" because of the coupon for the service call for this site, I did not pay anything for the service call.

Sunday 6/8/2013 our AC stopped working, we called Waychoff's not expecting service that day, instead they came within an hour. The serviceman could not fix the 21 years old unit so we decided to go with a new one. The Confort consultant came to the house shortly after that, to mesure and give us a price, he brought us a portable unit so we were able to stay at out house that night. The next morning the installers were here at 8:30 AM just as promised. Before they left they cleaned everything up. We were very pleased.

Joseph came out on a very hot day after I battled with our Home Warranty all day. They would not send a one of their providers out so I checked on Angies list and found Waychoff. I called at 4:45 and a very sweet and pleasant voice answered. She said she could get someone out shortly. Joseph finished his last job and was here in less than an hour. Our hero and our big dog was very happy to be cool again. THANK YOU!

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. We called Waychoff's and they came out within one hour. After hours, but no extra charge. Excellent service and no exaggeration of problem, just simple fix. Highly recommend! We even signed up to be on their regular maintenance program, which is also a very good deal and reasonable price.

When its started raining inside our home late at night the other night, we realized that we had a pretty serious problem with the air handler in our attick. We were referred to Waychoff and they had their service tech come by the next day to do an evaluation. Upon reviewing our current situation, he recommended replacing the old and delapidated air handler as well as seriosly consider the ducktwork which resembled an octopus tied in knots. Rick Waychoff came out inperson to provide us with a cusom quote and thorough explanation of what was critical and was was recomended. His staff showed up, on time, were professional and very thorough. They completed a job that should have taken two days in just one. We feel a great deal of confidence in their work and have been enjoying how each of our rooms are now the same temperature. No more cold rooms and hot rooms. I would and have recommended them to anyone!

After my home A/C stopped cooling I had to do something with summer coming on. I contacted Waychoff?s A/C on Saturday afternoon and the technician (Jason) was there within 1 ½ hours. His diagnosis identified a defective compressor. Since the unit was already 13 years old it was not worth sinking that much money into it. Jason then arranged for a visit from owner Rick Waychoff the next day, on a Sunday, to discuss my options. Rick showed up right at the scheduled time and after his very comprehensive description of the different units available and their advantages I settled on a new Bryant. It was arranged for an install on the following day. The installers arrived actually a little early and it was apparent from the beginning they were very competent and efficient at what they do. They completely removed the old unit and installed the new one in just under 4 hours. I don?t think they slowed down between the time they opened their truck until they finished the cleanup at the end. All during their time at my home they were courteous and friendly. I feel completely justified in highly recommending Waychoff?s Air Conditioning.

Very professional. Explained each item he was reparing and why. Would use them again and refer them to friends. Excellent!

Overall, my personal experience with Waychoffs has been good...not great, but good. I will give them high reviews for their owner, technicians, and office staff. All are professional, courteous and prompt. The owner (Rick Waychoff) came out on a Saturday morning to thoroughly review my current set-up and recommend a new system for my house. The compressor in my old system (Lennox) died after 5 years and 2 months. Rick went beyond the normal estimate you may receive from other vendors (i.e. just replace your old system with a new one without determining if what you had in the first place was correct or needed to be modified). He checked duct lines in the attic, determined the size of the unit I would need to operate most efficiently and provided suggestions on what he thought was the problem to cause the first compressor to die in 5 years. The reason for the overall "good" rating is due to the quality of the products thus far. My new system was installed on May 19, 2013 and 4 days later, I could tell the A/C was not working correctly. Although air was coming out, and it seemed to be slightly cooler than the room temperature, it was not sufficient enough to cool the space. A technician came out the night of May 22 and determined 1) the refrigerant had been leaking from the condenser and 2) the compressor within the condenser did not seem to be working correctly. I've been told this issue may happen 1 out of 1,000 installs (lucky me!), and was likely due to an issue from the manufacturer. Whether the issue was from poor installation or from the Bryant Condenser will never be determined, but regardless it's concerning to replace a 4 day old condenser. Waychoffs sent out a crew to replace the condenser today (May 23), so hopefully this one can make it to the 4th of July! Overall, Waychoffs is a good company. Unfortunately when you have to replace a condenser after 4 days, a perfect "A" rating should not be expected. Honestly, the "quality" rating should probably be "F" currently, but its too early to determine if this new condenser will last the test of time.

I really like them. I would recommend them. They're really good. They are reliable, honest and pleasant. They have a nice serviceman that comes who looks clean and respectable.
