Waychoff was great! Scott the comfort consultant explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He was very polite and professional. The installers, Omar and Mike, were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up everything and were also very professional. Scott came back out a few days later to double check everything. I was very impressed with everything they did and I would certainly recommend them to everyone.

Dealing with Waychoff’s was as good as it can go with this type of repair. Out quick to assess the problem, out quick to discuss new unit options, and their installers were spot on. Everything went on schedule, and as planned. Very professional on all levels.

1. Technician spent more time trying sell me on an extremely expensive air purifier with claims about NASA testing and use of scare tactics than performing the requested service. 2. Did not use collection bucket to prevent bleach he poured down drain pipe from landing in my grass. 3. Was already wearing disposable shoe covers when he rang door bell and wore them while in the yard and mulch bed to (what’s the use?). 4. Asked to use the toilet and did not wash hands afterwards. 5. He gave good advice on wrapping exposed wires to prevent UV light decay. 6. The price with the Angie’s list coupons was good. 7. The lead time for a visit from the time I called was good.

My experience with Waychoff's Air Condition has exceeded all expectations. The staff were all top notch professionals and did excellent work. Tracy Poor provided clear, relevant information so that I understood the options available and there was no pressure at any point in the process. The installers, Omar and Bubby, were competent, experienced and personable. To my surprise, there was even a post-installation inspection to ensure the work was done up to company standards, answer any questions and ensure the customer was satisfied. I was genuinely impressed with this experience and would definitely recommend Waychoff's.

Sean was professional and polite and did a great job servicing my unit. He called me to let me know he when he would arrive. I went ahead and paid for next year's service maintenance.

Shawn was running early, called 30 minutes prior to his arrival to ensure someone would be there, company is great at keeping track of when maintenance is due. I wasn't expecting a cash outlay at the time, but my capacitor was found to be weak and I also purchased surge protectors for the unit that were recommended. I turned down one other recommended addition. This is really the only reason I'm giving a B, but it was the first time I was sold items on a maintenance visit after many years of service. They seem to have enough staff to help in emergency situations as well as my unit froze up earlier in the year and someone was out to fix it in less than 24 hours. Servicemen are always very nice, wear shoe covers to keep floors clean, etc. I highly recommend.

Excellent service from an outstanding technician. Jimmy arrived early, taking a chance that we would be available two hours earlier than scheduled. He was courteous and explained in detail every step he was performing during the inspection. I can not say enough about the professionalism and demeanor he demonstrated while providing the outstanding customer service I have come to expect from Waychoff's Heating & Air, INC.

Went well given that I called them just before hurricane Irma. They got the part just after the storm and repaired the issue. They assisted with honoring my Trane manufacturer's warranty.

It went well, despite having a hurricane in between the initial inspection and repair, due to parts availability.

Replacement of a/c unit went extremely well. Servicemen were friendly and on time. Job was completed in the designated time frame. They even completely cleaned up after themselves and left the work area just like they found it.

Technician who initially came out was great and explained the issues clearly. We ended up signing up for the annual plan, where they'd come out twice a year and perform maintenance on the units. The only minor complaint I have is that the technician who came out for the follow up visit (first visit under the maintenance plan) was very new to the company (hired within the last few weeks) and didn't seem as knowledgeable as the original technician. Otherwise, we've been satisfied with our experience.

I really needed a new unit but requested a service call to see if our current unit could be fixed. With Waychoff’s Help, I decided to get a newer, more efficient unit. They had my best interests at heart. From service call, consultation, installation, and follow up visit, they treated me like Family and were professional and helpful every step of the way.

Initially contracted to replace an AC compressor. While waiting for the compressor to arrive; with my husband on the phone; I asked Seth the tech if "this" (the compressor) would fix the AC and he said yes. It was all down hill from there. We paid approximately $1280 for the compressor which was under warranty, and an additional $129.00 for a maintenance agreement. As we are Angie's List members Seth waived the $89 service call fee. The unit ran for a day or so then quit. At this point we are $1400 into the AC. To make a long awful story short we had them replace the valve. The one worked for less than a day and eventually they came out and replaced the valve again. All in all a Waychoff tech was here 8 different times. The office was supposed to return a call us on Monday to schedule a system flush the tech insisted we needed. We were so disgusted with their attitude in the Waychoff office; the clerks were rude and totally unsympathetic. The techs never had everything they needed; one guy had to wait for someone to bring him coolant. The company has refused to return our maintenance agreement money, saying we used part of it for the first visit, which is a lie; as it was waived because we are Angie's List members. We found the company to be indifferent, unresponsive and rude. All I can say is that it was the worst possible experience.

I receive 3 quotes from 3 local companies and Waycoff’s had the best deal and Rep. I would ask for Tracy if you need a new system. I bought a two stage 16 seer Bryant with all the bells and whistles. I also have online AC controls so that is why the higher cost. My humidity is kept at 56%. It really hits you when you go outside, it’s like walking through a humidity barrier. The installers were great also. The system comes 3 years parts and labor from Waycoff’s. Never had that offer before.

He was extraordinarky professional and thorough. It ended up being about what I thought it would cost. I really don't mind that he was beyond our scheduled appointment time because it just means he was giving others the same attention as he gave me.

Great, tech was honest and looking out for my best interest.

Waited 4 days, contacted business by phone, was asked for contact information and told I would receive a call before the end of the day. The next day I received a message on Angie's List to call the business to set up an appointment. Sorry, but if a return customer gets this type of run-around, I do not need your services.

I called and you sent Danny out to perform an analysis and was told I needed a new compressor. The next day he arrived early and performed the needed repairs. I could not be more pleased with the process and the work Danny performed. He was one of the nicest guys to meet. He explained everything to us and was the most professional. We were ripped off. They charged $600 to replace a fan motor that probably cost them no more than $100.

I had asked for a call before arrival so I could meet them at property, they forgot to call so I missed appointment and was required to take additional time off work for rescheduling. Once there he was very professional
