Visual Effects Painting & Decorating LLC

The MOST unprofessional comany I have ever encountered and the WORST buisnesses owner. They got paint all over my car when they came to paint my private community and REFUSED to acknowledge or even accept the responsibility for the damage they had done to my car (which is not permanent). I had gotten Dan's contact information and found out he was the owner. I had called multiple times and the third time I called I told him my issue and he hung up the phone on me. I had sent him several messages and he refused to reply back eith the messages being on read. They also did a horrible job after they finished painting the area. They got splatter Mark's all over the pathway and they didnt complete the job with the edges being unfinished. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMANY ANY BUSINESS, They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I even got a police involved in which as soon as he called the comany they magically answered the phone and said they would see the damage the next day, which then they proceeded to look at my car but didn't even call me back or anything when i left a note on my car and they saw the note because they took a pic of it yet didnt knock on my door or anything. I had to get another relative to call the comany to get information as to what happened and why they didnt reply back to me. Which they then proceeded to ask about my disability and why I was parked in the handicapped when that is a violation of the law and my HIPPA. They had no right asking why I parked there or what my disability was when I have a valid a LEGAL permit.

Very professional and very responsive to all aspects of the job. The project supervisor was outstanding...great understanding of the job requirements and communicating those requirements to the crew. He was also superb at communicating with us. My only observation was that there could have been a bit more attention paid to surface preparation...removing peeling paint and caulking surfaces. This was not a major issue and was addressed when I requested follow up. Overall I give them a very strong recommendation.

Daniel is a consummate professional. I will use him again and encourage others to do so. My estimates of the date and price are wild guesses!

It was a great experience. Dave was very professional, returned calls promptly, showed up when he said he would and did a great job. FYI we no longer live in Florida.
