The company failed to use webbing to support the insulation so in 24 hours, it was on the ground. They refused to come to the house until I had a contractor (who uses their service) call them; then they came after two and 1/2 months and installed webbing. They said that webbing was not in the original contract. It makes sense to me, on an install job, you would include support for the material. It continues to fall down in various parts under the house and I have my own handyman help me remove the soggy insulation. Definitely will not use again.

This company removed all of the old insulation that was very nasty. This is Florida and it is very, very hot in the attic so that makes me doubly impressed with the excellent job they did. They are very patient as we are currently working on some electrical in the attic area prior to the new insulation being installed.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:30a Monday morning. When I got out of my workout at 10a there was a voicemail from Brad Girten, Sales Rep asking if he could come earlier. I called him back at 10:05a and he sounded annoyed with me. He finally showed up at my house about 10:40a. Walked in with an attitude and announced he couldn't put insulation in my attic. I said and quot;don't you even want to look in the attic firstand quot;. With hesitation he finally did and then said and quot;I can't help youand quot; and left. Completely unprofessional in manner and attitude. On the flip side Green Machine came out 2 hours later and was completely thorough. They made the sale with me!

Work was scheduled for and quot;first thing in the morningand quot; on 13 May, when no one came by afternoon, called and was told they would be there 8:30- 9:00 the next morning. Arrived on time, did a very competent job of removing the old gutters and replacing and adding new gutters. Crew was careful, water problems were solved. No mess left behind.

Looked great. However they became loose after a year, called them and they returned and re-attached them, no more problems so far.

It went very well. We felt the price was fair and the work was done well and timely manner. I would recommend them.

VERNS is the cabinet maker/installer for the builder that built our home. No complaints. They did a great job.

The installer that showed up was new. I would say this may have been his second or third solo job if I had to guess. We were told we were getting their top guy and it would only take half day or so. This gentleman took three days - every time it would rain a little, he would be gone for the day - even one day where it only rained for about 15 minutes. On the third day, he worked the entire day until around 6pm. The next day it rained hard and we found several problems due to his inexperience. We called, and someone came out a day or so later. This was the pro we were expecting the first time. He immediately saw several things, got to work immediately, and fixed a couple of additional things I didn't notice. He was done in about 90 minutes with everything. Good job. The inexperienced gentleman left a couple of lightly dented gutters. They aren't very noticeable. Otherwise, a good job overall. I think the pro would have done a little better, but at least he did look it over. Both cleaned up the site well after getting done.

Joe Asch specifically provided the cabinent service. Joe was a pleasure to work with. He had to make a 2nd trip to match the color of the old cabinent, but that wasn't his fault it was the company's. My ratings are reflecting Joe's service.

We were told by the company's authorized installer in a January 2006 service call that the part was under warranty. We bought the new home (first time owners) in September 2005. Now the company said the warranty expired before we even bought the house and sent us an invoice for $200 without explaining details and is threatening a claim of lien if we don't pay. There was never a contract or understanding other than to fix it under warranty. We have dealt with at least 4 different people at the company to finally get the valve replaced. They know, they have my case on their computer. Some lower level employees are trying to weasel out of what they told me.
