Description of Work: We moved about 10 miles away and since we were moving right off Normandy Blvd, decided to use the U-Haul on Normandy. It was easy & fast making the reservations. Called them the day before just to reconfirm. We reserved the largest truck they offer. We picked it up on a Friday night around 5pm. It was ready to go when we got there. You pay so much up front, think it was like $49.00 and then you pay so much per mile. It was a good deal as I compared many others. We were to have the truck back by Sunday night at 5pm. The only problem we had was on Sunday morning when my husband went out to start the truck to go back to our old home to pick up the last of it the truck would not start! But within the hour they had their mechanic out there, he got the truck started & of course they advised we did not have to have the truck back by 5pm, they just said to have it back sometime Sunday night. I was afraid there would be some mix up, because that is the luck I have, and that we would be charged for bringing the truck back late, though it was not because they had to make up for the hour & half we were with out the truck because it broke down, but that did not happen. We did have the truck back by 6:30 and we were not charged any additional charges. We were only charged exactly what we were told. We were impressed how quickly the mechanic got out there. I would DEFINITELY use them again!
