Description of Work: Contracted truck for Saturday afternoon between 1-2. Truck never showed up, left house at 5 pm. Called repeatedly thru Saturday with no call back. They returned my call Monday morning at 10:30-11 saying they had a wrong phone number for me and truck was late on other job. No apology. Would I like to reschedule. I did NOT. used another moving company and was able to move the following weekend. Second time I've had problems with this company (First time used them to put furniture in storage and they damaged several pieces in transit). Will never call again.

Description of Work: Had to move from South Georgia to Florida only to find out that my Apartment wasn't ready. This company move me to a storage facility and hen moved me to my apartment with no problems. Excellent customer service and communication. They care for your belongings. Make sure you read the contract for additional fees and mileage costs. Try to get a flat rate. Overall had a good experience and will use them again if necessary.
