Description of Work: Paul weeks said he would show up for an estimate that afternoon, but didn't show up. I stayed home waiting. He called after 5:30 pm and said tomorrow for sure after 2 PM. Another no show. The next day by 3:30 PM, there was still no call. I called someone else.
