bathtub refinishing

Description of Work: Got company info from Angies list. On Sept 9th I sent an email requesting an estimate for bathtub restoration. On Sept 10th I called the company to follow up on the previous email I sent.. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant. She took my name number and told me someone would call me. On Sept 11th. I called the company again. The same nice again lady ask me for my name number. I told her forget it I'll take my business elsewhere. Later that day I received a call from a guy name Curtis. He identified himself someone from the company Tub King. After speaking with him, I decided to give the company another chance. Curtis and I scheduled the work for Thursday Sept 16th. On Wednesday Sept 15tn I called Tub King and ask for Curtis to confirm the appointment. I was told my the receptionist that Curtis do not work there. Curtis did text me later to explain he was a subcontractor. I am very unhappy with King Tubs and the way this was handled. I think that if they were not going to do the work themselves, I should have told this. I should have followed my original thoughts earlier when the company Tub King did not response to my 1st email.

bathtub refinishing
+ -1 moreThere work was nice but it had a few flaws the inside of the tub has a grit to it but they say that will wear off in time of use. Instead of using animal claws for the feet Tub King Inc was able to find us pirate s feet instead although they were not perfect it was what we wanted.
Description of Work: They refinished a 60 inch bath tub bathtub for our master bathroom with the outside layer of skin being a white porcelain.
