Description of Work: Checked and filled holes or openings where mice could have gotten into the attic. Set traps and removed some mice. But they didn't always keep appointments and without notification (and I was driving from work to meet the tech). It was a very high priced venture for a couple of cans of expanding foam and a few mouse traps.

Description of Work: Lawn Service, quarterly exterior / interior pest inspection / treatment as necessary,very professional, prompt arrival time, did everything I asked them to do. Also carried out quarterly inspections for prescience of any termites. Arranged Annual anti termite contract when I bought the house in 2012, which they transferred to new buyer's of my house when I sold it in April 2016

Description of Work: We had been customers with Truly Nolen since 2005 or 2006. Our pest control specialist watched our children grow up. I am not sure why he left the company or even if he was let go. But after he left our services went from a 10 to a 0. The new specialists would come out and not even come in the house. Later I was told they don't come in unless personally requested. In the 10+ years with them I had never requested the services, my previous specialist complied without asking. During our tenure with pest control we added on lawn care. It was great for awhile until that specialist was relocated. We had to re-sod our front yard. | |Just recently we stopped services because during a phone conversation with a rep I overheard another rep insulting my husband. I was incorrect in what I heard. When I know I heard them say my husband's name. I have patience when it comes to customer service but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. We will be looking for services else where.

+ -1 moreTruly Nolan is a bad company. They don't follow their schedule and show up when ever they want to, which means we're never home so they can't spray inside. The employees are not courteous or professional. I would not recommend their services.
