Ever since day one, i met him he has always been on time, available around the clock, willing to work late when needed or even on the weekends if needed. He answers all questions or concerns involving the house inspection and is extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Richardson always provides an inspection report and WDO report within 24 hours which helps me out when it comes time to request repairs that may be needed from the seller's agent.
