He charged me 3000 to remove and replace my entire yard with zoysia and he dug a ditch around the entire perimeter for the drainage. That part of the job was excellent except he did not cut out the holes for the irrigation system to work properly. My lawn needed more sand therefore he had to rent a bobcat and bring in more sand. I also want a design in my front yard with flowers and a nice landscape, he told me he would be able to plant flowers, bushes, rubber mulch and redesign my entire front yard for 1600. I gave him 2000 for the job. He brought in the sand and created an amazing layout design but never returned with the mulch, flowers, bushes, nothing. I called him numerous times with no answer, it's been over 2 months and still heard no words from him. I ended up hiring another company to complete what he started.

Contacted Mark about laying 3 pallets of sod. He gave me a quote and told me to order 3 pallets of sod for Friday, 4-3-15. Midway through Friday, I called Mark to see what time they were coming cause there was 3 pallets in my driveway. He then told me he would be here saturday. I reminded him that he, not me, scheduled this for friday. He was very frustrated that i was calling him. After that, I never heard from him again and was stuck with 3 pallets. Luckily I found somebody else to lay the sod for me due to my lower back issues.

Great...installed in 2 days including removing old sod....
