Before the job, Triple Threat Movers called me to negotiate a price. We ended up settling on $120 an hour and they would start at 9 am on August 1st. The main mover called me at about 9:45 saying they could not get their keys to their truck. They ended up arriving at about 10:41. They started working by getting pre‐packed boxes and other little things. I had to leave, but around 11:43 I received a call from my daughter saying the movers had flooded the kitchen. I returned home, it was an 1/4 inches for water in my kitchen and on my hardwood floors. I immediately started to help get up the after because my wood floors are very sensitive to water. Next, they went upstairs to take my sectional down. They were up there for an hour trying to get it down. I told them they had to take the bottom piece off first. They still insisted on getting the whole thing down at once but then gave up. The main mover said he knew that took out too much time so he would take 45 minutes off. They then tried to take the refrigerator out. They did this for about 45 minutes. This included flipping it around at least 6 times, taking off my front door off, then taking the handles off. During this process they continually scratched up my floors and banged my door up. They finally got it out and then spent another 45 minutes trying to get the door back up. Then they put the refrigerator on the truck. They laid it on it's side. I told them by doing that, I would not be able to turn the refrigerator back on for at least 4-12 hours (previously told to my by as Best Buy Geek Squad Agent). I requested it be turned up right, but I was told they did not have enough room. Next, they started emptying out other rooms. I was told they would break down the beds, take them to the other house and then come back without assembling them because the second trip would be shorter and putting the beds together were easy. We ended up leaving about 4:30. Once at the new house, I discovered serial things (dresser, couch, and my end table) were damaged. I brought this to their attention immediately. It took then until 7:45 pm to finish unloading. The movers asked me did I want to finish that say or the next and I said that day because I had other things I had to do that day to get ready to put the house on the market. They said "Great" and headed back to the first house. Me and my husband stayed at the new home for 2 hours and then left to the first house. When we got there, they had not really done anything. This irritated me because it was getting late and was initially told it would take only 8 hours to do. That I when I told them they could stop because they were not making progress fast enough. The movers insisted they would get it finished, so I allowed then to finish. Three hours later they said they were heading. Back to the other house but we noticed the door would not close. They spent an hour trying to fix it and even used my husband's drill without his permission. They eventually ended up closing the door and we left. Once at the house, they unpacked until about 2:30 am. Not putting the items in the right spot, not putting the beds together (we all, including my mother and children ended up sleeping on air mattresses). At this point they said that they wanted to finish the next day. Reluctantly I agreed and the mover proceeded to say I had to pay the full amount then in order for them to return. I said that did not seem right, but it was so late and I had little irritated children, so I paid. These are the things that were wrong: The movers moved 1/3 of my home when they were suppose to move the whole home. They ended up flooding my kitchen by removing my refrigerator wrong. My door and wall in my second floor was scratched up and damage from them trying to remove my sectional incorrectly (which they ended up not moving. They took my upstairs door down a d did not put it back in. They scratch up my hardwood floors and took my front door down and put it back up incorrectly, so now it won't close correctly. My refrigerator door handles were not put back on. They damaged 4 pieced of my furniture, did not put the furniture they did move back together, and they misplaced screws needed to put my beds back together. Lastly they stole my husband's drill and our dolly. They told me they knew they did not finish the job and would be back the next day (8/2/2022) to finish and insisted we had to pay that day.

[Member Information Removed] was the head mover present for this job and [Member Information Removed] just want to say this is 100% not true! [Member Information Removed] want to start by saying we work on [Member Information Removed] hourly basis. We worked 16 hours for this lady she had [Member Information Removed] whole house filled to the brim [Member Information Removed] heavy items and the house was [Member Information Removed] MESS. Throughout this we took [Member Information Removed] breaks and gave her constant reminders of the time. She then got upset because it took longer than she expected and began yelling racial slurs at [Member Information Removed] and [Member Information Removed] brother. [Member Information Removed] we finished the job she did not want to pay us for 5 hours of our work and wanted us to come back then next day for FREE to get the rest of her loose items. We do not charge by job so nothing we did was wrong. We are most certainly not gonna work for free for someone that treated us the way she did. Nothing was set up because it was 4am and we just finished working 16 hours and she did not want to pay for the time it took for us to set everything up.

Obed and his workers are very professional and finished moving my 2-story home within a timely manner. He moved every item with care and he had all the equipment needed to carry out the job.
