Barring the rain it was kind of difficult to get them out here. But once they got here the assessment was thorough and the work was done timely. The final result is outstanding. Would highly recommend

We're a military family, and we've lived all over the darn place. Neither my husband or I had every lived in, or even near, Florida. So we had no idea re: the particular challenges of this area when it comes to yard maintenance. I'll never forget that when we contacted Matt inquiring into yard services about three years ago now, he took the time to come over that same day and sit down to talk to us about the particular needs (we talked a lot about pest control!) that we needed to pay attention to here in Florida. We have been working with Matt and Tri-County ever since! We have been extremely satisfied with his attention to detail, responsiveness, and the extra help he's provided us on several occasions. We are very proud of how our yard looks and eager to recommend Matt to our friends! And we have!! Happy to say that many of my neighbors now use Matt because of his excellent hard work!!

A few months ago, we had Tricare come to our property because we were looking for a good company to take care of our yard. Matt and his wife came and we talked as I was showing him the yard. I told him what was expected and he gave me a price. He was very personable and told me he was all about quality and timeliness but communication was the key to his success and my satisfaction. All he asked of me was if there was something left undone or if we were unsatisfied with the work performed to let him know and he would take care of it in the future. I told him I appreciated that information and that he was hired. First cut was pretty good. I emailed him and told him so with a note to pay a little more attention to weed eating but overall very good. After that initial cut, he seemed to be less interested in the quality because it got a little worse with each cut. The last time he came over to mow the yard didn't really need it and we had had a wind storm. My wife asked him to just pick up sticks and paid him his normal fee. When we got home we could see sticks in my burn pit but there were still many left unattended, all of which would have to be picked up before we/Matt could mow again. My wife and I picked up several wheel barrels full of sticks that weekend. My wife emailed him a note which was not rude telling him we were not satisfied with his work. We got an email back stating he was very unset because he had spent over two hours picking up sticks. I was a little set back because I didn't realize there was a time limit on the quality of ones work...you work until the job is done correctly. A few days later we received our last payment back in the mail and wondered what that was all about. We checked our email to see if there was a response from Matt and that was when we found out we had been "fired". I wasn't too surprised once I saw our check returned but I was disappointed in the fact that he preached quality and communication but when it came down to it, I guess it was just too much work for him. Amazing that when you're getting paid to do a good job it could amount to too much work. For someone to stress the importance of communication, his quality of work and work ethic, and our satisfaction, I can tell you we were not happy! I guess it is all about getting in and out as quickly as possible and collecting money not earned. Don't be fooled by the quality of his speech and don't hire him to do your yard. I would not recommend Matt for further work. He seems to be just like most business owners in that he's looking for the easy buck!

Tri-county Lawn Care has been great from the inception. When I first contacted them and I indicated that I found them through Angie's list, Theresa immediately applied the discount that they offered for Angie's list members without me having to bring it up. I didn't have to sign any contract and they came out on the agreed upon date to take care of my lawn and have been at my home as scheduled every time since. When I call to make payments, Theresa has been very friendly and I'm treated as a customer should and not as a number. Everything is on a personable level. I truly love the fact that they take payments via check, money order, or credit card. As someone who does not carry checks or like having to constantly purchase money orders the credit card option is definitely great. As for the core of the business, the lawn care, my lawn is well manicured and I am definitely 100% satisfied with the work that the team does with my lawn. It's always a great thing to come home and admire the work that they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone without giving it a second thought. Excellent service and excellent workmanship. Kudos to the team at Tri-county Lawn Care!

He listens to my needs and is very good to address them or tells me if he can't. He usually finds a way to get it done.

My father has a set up with them where he is using them monthly, and he is very happy with them. My father is very particular, and he is happy with their work. We got a lot more expensive quotes, and so their price was right.

They were excellent, I could not ask for more. They're topnotched, they come and get it done in a timely manner.

I'm so pleased with the service I'm receiving from Tri-County Lawn & Landscaping. From my very first call, I have found Matt and his crew to always be very responsive, professional and excellent at what they do. They're also extremely flexible and willing to work around changing schedules with very short notice - I'd postponed service today (my regular weekly lawn day) because of foundation work being done on my house, but then that was rescheduled to another date; I called Matt this morning and asked if he could fit me in over the next few days but instead of making me wait, he swung by between other appointments and took care of me right away - now that's flexibility! Thanks to Matt and his guys they've tamed my messy yard and freed me up some much needed valuable time to work on other projects I couldn't get to otherwise.

They did a real good work. They are very reasonably priced; very fair, while the other provider charged more. The guy who runs it, his name is Matt Bolebruch. My overall experience was very good. We went to several providers but they were good.
