[*** Link removed ***] Below is a timeline of what has happened: July 13th 2017 Contract Signed, Start in three weeks. Will get back with color samples. Jul 31st Job Delays, Rain mostly. One more day on them. Aug 3rd Tough to close out other jobs. Still can't get started on mine. Should have been my start date!!! Aug 17th Looks like the end of next week. Waiting on paperwork from city. Aug 23rd Still have a few people in front of me. Dad has permitting questions. Next week best guess. Aug 24th. If was going to take three weeks like promised, Would have been completion date. Still no color samples. Aug 31th poles installed. Used a set of my post hole diggers. 4 Weeks late starting Still no color samples Sep 1st Just need to finish a couple trusses. Will finish this weekend and install on Monday. Finally have color samples. Was given wrong ones. Can't have color we chose. That will cost more. 6 Weeks into project just finding this out. Sep 4th Didn't realize it was holiday. Can't buy metal for trusses. Sep 5th A short pole was replaced. Still need time to complete Trusses. (I stopped by shop, one truss complete) Sep 6th still need to finish trusses, Will come out to install what we have. (no one shows) Sep 7th Madhouse at home depot. Can't come out today. Still no trusses. Sep 8th We agreed time to evacuate for hurricane. Sep 11th Hurricane. Sep 13th Trusses still not complete. Sep 14th Trusses installed. Had to use my chainsaw, and my electrical cords. Sep 15th Roof installed. Had to use my trailer to get metal. Should pour Concrete Next week Sep 18th Have not heard back from Concrete guy. Sep 18th-25th. No one to work on my building Sep 25th will come out to today to form up. No one shows. Will be out tomorrow. Sep 28th Concrete guys take over. Sep 30th Concrete guys don't know about lift installation, Toilet plumbing or electrical. I text Josh, don't hear from him until Oct 6th. 3 Oct concrete poured. Should have framing done by Friday 6th 6 Oct No one shows. Working on someone else's building even though I was supposed to be on Sched for that day. 7 Oct Be there 10am tomorrow morning. 8 Oct 9:15 Am. We are a couple boards short so we are going to Home Depot. 10:19 Standing in check out line. Not a couple boards short, had no wood at all, needed to get wood they said they were going to use to frame on Friday when they didn't show. 9 Oct Framing mostly done. Should be finished by this weekend. 11 Oct They talked with Metal company. Metal won't be done until the 13th. Only need 2 days to finish. No word on doors. 16 Oct Get call. Need $3,000 to pick up doors. Already $3500 ahead on Draws, Just gave $8,000 7 days before. 18 Oct Double Door is for manufactured housing. Not really suitable for 40x60 building. 27 Oct Eight weeks since ground was broken. Still not complete. 15 weeks since first check was cashed. Can't get an updated copy of the Plans. Not willing to finish this step. Insinuated I will no come up with final payment. Building is very poor construction, mistakes everywhere, video shows most of it.
