The Right Way Lawn & Landscapes LLC

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!! I bought a Lawn Maintenance voucher from Daily Deal Jacksonville FL in April 2015 for this company. When I called the first time to schedule the visit, the first words out of Richard Harris' mouth was "Are you going to sign up for service? I explained to him I wanted to see his work before signing on. He acted irritated and stated he would be out to mow my lawn later that afternoon (Tuesday). He didn't ask for a phone number and other information I thought was important, so I really didn't expect him to show. He didn't show. I called Wednesday morning and left a message with all my information (name, address, phone number). No return call. Then on Thursday, I called from a different number and got him. He stated that I had already used his service (which I hadn't because we had just moved). I argued with him and told him the only one who has done our lawn has been our lawn guy that we've had for several years. He again asked about me signing up for his service, and I again told him I wanted to see his work before signing on. He said someone would be out that afternoon. I asked him if he "promised"...he said he did. I asked that if no one was coming to please call me and let me know. He (or nobody else) showed up or called. I called on Friday, and from the moment I told him my name, he was so rude and nasty on the phone. He yelled at me, called me names like "cheap" and "a liar". He said his wife had my information in the system (I can only assume she got it of my voicemail that I left on Wednesday). He told me there were hundreds of other lawn maintenance companies and perhaps I should call them or my own lawn guy because I was too cheap because I had bought a voucher and never intended to sign on with him. He continued to berate me. He told me he never intended to come out and do my lawn even though he kept telling me he would. I gave him ample opportunity to discuss with me what was going on. I have NEVER used his services before and can only imagine that he got my information from my voicemail. He told me never to call his phone again and hung up on me while I was trying to talk. I called Jacksonville Daily Deal and explained what just occurred. The gentleman I had talked to said he had received similar complaints from others about this company. He said that most of the complaints were that he never called back. I bought this voucher to see if I could lower my lawn maintenance costs.....that does not give someone the right to call me names and berate me for doing so. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS!! HE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE REWARDED FOR BERATING PEOPLE!!
