Personal response from Jeremiah within less than 1 hour of inquiry. He ensured he gathered all necessary info despite having a full work load and was up front about his availability. We valued his insights and concerns and if we were not in such a time sensitive spot, would have gone with him for the work as his rates would more in line with what we were looking for.

Couldn't have gone better. Jeremiah provided guidance through the process and was available for many revisions that had to be done between the engineer and the city. We are building as I write this.

Our experience with Dillow Construction Services was excellent from start to finish. The honesty, integrity and responsiveness of both Jeremiah and Tony Dillow made the project a pleasure. Jeremiah Dillow worked with us to develop plans for a beautiful new kitchen that met our needs and was within our budget. His knowledge and recommendations for various options throughout the process helped us add value. Mr. Dillow stayed in touch with us throughout the project. Tony Dillow supervised the on-site work. The quality of the work, communication and scheduling were all outstanding. Tony's attention to detail ensured that all issues were identified and addressed on the front end. The subcontractors used were professional, respectful and skilled. Our project was completed ahead of schedule and the end result is beautiful! We look forward to using Dillow Construction Services again!

This job was as spectacular as the original addition we had them do back in 2014. This was our third project done by Dillow Construction. They used the same subcontractors throughout all our projects from the addition, to the second bath remodel, and then to this kitchen remodel. Those subs were great as well. All persons we met were very professional, personable, and friendly. Both Jeremiah and Tony Dillow did a great job of scheduling the work so no unnecessary delays nor rework occurred. All work was done beyond our expectations. We were entirely comfortable with leaving our house in the hands when we needed to go do shopping. This kitchen remodel is a show-piece work!! All work throughout the process was scheduled and we were kept up to speed on every step. Even with the eventual surprises of a re-model, those hurdles were dealt with right at the time and without any pain on our part. They offered suggestions when we weren't sure what to do, and options to help us decide what to do. We will not hesitate to use them for any future construction we have in mind and highly recommend them to anyone needing ANY sort of construction!!

Jeremiah and Tony of Dillow Construction did an absolutely fabulous job! From the initial contact and meeting, to getting our ideas on paper, to plans, to full construction they have been a complete joy to work with. We had numerous problems with our original builder in 1989 and were very "gun-shy" going into this work. Jeremiah and his entire crew and subs have been nothing short of stellar through this whole process. To save money and stay inside our budge,t we opted to do the painting ourselves and they offered many tips to us along the way that saved time and monies. Schedules were all met on time, appointments kept, and workmanship was perfect. They have done such a good job we are having them do our other bathroom and likely move from there to redoing the kitchen. Would highly recommend them to anyone who asked and have even done so to neighbors.

Mr Dillow is a great listener and made every effort to get what I wanted down on paper. I look foreword to our collaboration in the future for the improvements to our home.

crown modeling , new lighting, replaced interior beams in wall due to warping, new dry wall and repaired damaged dry walls. Jeremiah was very responsive to all my request, he was easily contacted for all my questions. Liked all the workers he had on the job especially the tile guy and the plumber . Wow they were great. I was not pleased with them. He never showed up for the first appointment we had set. He called two and a half hours after the appointment time and apologized and said he had forgotten the appointment. We rescheduled for a different date at the same time. He missed that first appointment but my time is valuable too. I wasn’t pleased with his quote. Even though our concrete slab is in excellent condition with no cracks, he said it would have to be taken out and a new slab put down. He said he would have to show the city the footer and the only way to do that is to tear it up or get an x-ray machine out there. Other contractors said that all we had to do was dig down the side and see where the footer is and what kind of condition it is in. I was not pleased with them at all. It was $50,000 for just a garage with a loft; it wasn’t an elaborate system. He never emailed or mailed a written quote; it was all on the phone. He and his father came out; his father had a tape measure and he had a paper and pencil. He took very few notes.

I got a pretty rapid response. I called them and sent them what information they requested. Within a few days, I got a response on a bid. With more questions, I said it would be better if they came by the house so within a couple of days, he came by the house. We talked and we have been firming things up. He was probably the first person to respond out of the six people I used of the list. This probably would have moved faster but I had been unavailable. He has been sending me emails asking me what I thought or even following up. He has not won the contract yet. It is still between him and two other builders. I have not seen his work but up to this point, he is in the running.

I called Jeremiah to try and get a loose estimate for work I need to have done at a house I'm in the process of purchasing. I have to get an estimation of costs prior to closing for mortgage purposes, and Jeremiah was unwilling to do that for me because he didn't want to waste the time and effort of coming up with an estimate until I had the keys in hand. I understand that people's time is valuable, but to be fair, I just spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to get some information from a potential contractor after explaining my situation and he wasn't interested and that was a waste of my time. I think I'm being fair in giving a "C", but that pretty much sealed the deal for me to not want to invest any further money or time into this contractor.

In early 2011, we had the distinct pleasure of doing business with Jeremiah Dillow of Dillow Construction. We had a building that needed to be demolished. After checking out several prospective companies, we chose Jeremiah?s company based on the reputation we learned about through various sources and our initial interview with him. From the get-go, he was very professional. His quote was competitive and when all was said and done, what he quoted was what we ended up paying. He was always easy to reach, provided answers to all our questions, performed all duties as promised right from the beginning and did so in a very timely manner within the time frame he originally indicated. I cannot imagine a better remodel experience than we had with Jeremiah Dillow. We were impressed with his open, friendly, professional manner from our first meeting, and after listening to our desires and giving us insightful thoughts and ideas, he submitted an AMAZINGLY fair bid. From the first day of the project and every day after, Jeremiah was on the job early till late--doing much of the work himself, as well as organizing a great crew of sub-contractors. His attention to detail and standard of quality exceeded any expectations we had--I am not exaggerating. He refused to settle for anything less than the best and right way for everything to be done--from the demolition to the drywall, wood flooring, electric, plumbing and carpentry. As with any remodel of a very old house, we encountered a few surprises, and Jeremiah handled them with calm expertise. Midway through the project, I opted to buy new cabinets and countertops, and Jeremiah kindly and patiently helped me reconfigure, measure and assess my options. He kept everything running right on schedule, even with all my changes. Jeremiah communicated with us everyday on what would be done and what subs would be there, and he was always there working and making sure everything was done to his high standard. The remodel area was always spotless when he left for the day--something he did himself without fail. His work ethic is unbelievable. The finished product that Jeremiah gave us is beyond every expectation we had. It is beautiful!! Incredibly, it took only 6 weeks from start to finish. I couldn't give a higher recommendation--Jeremiah is a pleasure to be around, and a professional with a well-deserved reputation for excellence.
