I am very happy with the service I received from Vereen Plumbing. The men who installed my toilet were friendly and fast and the office staff was very helpful. I will be using them again for my plumbing issues.

What a great job these guys did for me . They arrived on time, were very professional. I couldn't be happier.

I was extremely happy with the services received, from the first contact. I called on Wednesday and they said they could fit me on Thursday morning. Jacob and Nick showed up promptly at the time given (was given a time frame range 10-noon, and they arrived just a few minutes after 10am). I showed them what I wanted done and left them to it. It didn't take too long and they were all done and everything was great - leak fixed, faucet replaced and everything cleaned up! I have other plumbing projects that I want done, and I will certainly be calling upon Terry Vereen Plumbing for their help again! Thank you very much for making it so painless!!

The technician was professional and cleaned up after the work was done. I did have a problem with their punctuality. The technician arrived at my home over an hour late. No one called to let me know that they were behind in their schedule. I had to call the office to make sure that I was still on the list for service.

We are property owners of a rental in Jax. We live out of state and there were several plumbing issues we had to resolve . I called other plumbers; one I couldn't understand and gave me an outrageous bid; second one cancelled and rescheduled twice (without advising me). I was losing hope until I decided to go through Angie's List and reached out to Terry Vereen Plumbing. I called and spoke to Toni and the whole business transaction was professional and seamless from beginning to end. After discussing what needed to be fixed, she ran down an estimate which was a lower number than all previous bids. She scheduled the plumber for first thing, on the next available business day. He showed up and fixed everything and did a great job. I paid by credit card with Toni. The total bill was $200+ less than other plumbers' bids ... and, again, two of these plumbers were no-shows or proved to be unreliable; something I CANNOT have working as a long distance landlord. I truly appreciate it! Thank you!!!!!

They were very polite and professional. They showed up on time. They knew what to do to correct the problem and took care of the problem with ease. They had all the parts on the truck and were able to take care of the problems. They didn't make a mess and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very reasonably priced.

I contacted them in the morning for a slab leak that we discovered and asked for an appointment asap. Their appointment calendar on your website didn't allow for me to ask for one on the same day so I put in the email that we would like repairs that day if possible . We waited and waited for a response for 30 minutes and finally sent another message telling them to cancel. That might not seem to be a long time but we had no idea how big the slab leak was and if it had started to damage anything under the kitchen tile floor or the cabinets. We then called David Gray Plumbing and they arrived within an hour and fixed the problem. They were prompt, very professional and we will use them from now on. They are also on your list of approved providers so they deserve a gold star.

They were very responsive upon my initial contact to quote a potential leak and made an appointment right away for 8:30-9 am. By 9:30 am, they still had not shown or called, so I called their office. They asked what service I was getting done and I told them I was getting an estimate for a potential leak that JEA said we may have. They told me they had me down for a service call and that they had previously told me that. I explained that we never discussed actually work and she responded yes, it would be at $98/ hour and we don't do estimates. Why wouldn't you tell the customer that to begin with then show up over 30 minutes late? It was bad customer service, very disappointed. I told them to just leave because I wasn't going to work with a company that starts off work like this.

This company was easy to reach on the phone and very pleasant during contact. Offered to come out same night, about 10:30, but said it would be less expensive if I could wait until the next day. So waited until the next day. Jonathan arrived and had the drain unclogged in about 15 minutes. The rest of the half hour he was here was used up in preparing the bill. Jonathan was polite and professional and most importantly got the job done. Just a customer service note: Jonathan needs to review his notes from "Man class 101": You don't use another man's tools without asking!

We found Terry Vereen Plumbing on Angies List. Terry Vereen Plumbing has provided plumbing service for my home since 2012. Most recent service was this past May 2015. My husband was very impressed with the work. The initial service call back in September 2012, the plumber was a bit behind schedule, and just went right into the job. Which was not a problem. But, I didn't feel comfortable asking questions about the type of repair. I got a couple of quick responses. However, since then, we have used "Terry Vereen Plumbing" repeatedly for various jobs. The Plumbers that come out since the initial visit are always on time, very friendly, gives detailed information of what needs to be done, and what options are available. These guys make it very easy to communicate with them, and they even ask if you have any questions!!!! All with a smile :) Much better than the initial service call back in 2012.

Well, it was fast and efficient. The price was right. He fixed a problem with the routing of the pipes which caused the problem of the pipes separating and causing the leek. We were very satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Awesome... I placed an emergency call as my water heater was not working....Jacob was the technician and he asked me to explain the issue. He suggested that I reset the thermostat (he walked me step by step)...wow..his suggestion worked...and in the process saved me $$...

Terry Verheen plumbing showed up the same day they were called to repair a leaking pipe in our master bathroom. They arrived when they said they would and promptly fixed the leaking pipe. The plumber could have left after the 5 minute repair, but instead he informed my wife that they bill by the hour and he still had time left. He then proceeded to go around the house and fix any minor plumbing issues (gaskets in faucets, etc) he could find. This is a company that respects your time and money. I will not hesitate to use them for any plumbing job in the future.

Mike and his assistance showed up right on time, they were very professional. Went straight to work to locate the leak issue that we had, discovered what the issue was, turns out to be something simple and easy to fix. Mike made sure to clean up any debris that was caused from the open ceiling (that we had opened up) and trying to find the cause of the water damage. Both were professional, friendly, and efficient. They listened to what I had to say as well as spoke to my husband on the phone to help with the issue. Should I have any further plumbing issues or needs I will definitely contact Terry Vereen Plumbing again!

I am not happy with the work. The tile was not done correctly the grout has holes in it where it looks like it was not completed. They came out once to fix it but it does not look like he did anything. I called back again to let them know I was unhappy with the craftsmanship of the job and they are no longer returning my calls.

The tech arrived in less than 2 hours after I called to say that my old water heater was leaking. They replaced it under warranty but I had to pay for the labor. I think that $350 was too much for a job that took less than 2 hours. Overall, I was pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the service.

They came the same day I called. They were very polite and professional. They knew right away what was causing the leak under my kitchen sink as well as the problem with the bathroom sink. They repaired both of them. I've used Terry Vereen before and I've always been happy. They even reminded me to print out a coupon.

The workmen were speedy and efficient, courteous. They replaced the valves and left no mess behind. I have used this company to repair deficiencies in my old house three times in the last two years. Very satisfied

When I first called to get them to come out because my hot water heater was leaking hot water from the top and making a hissing sound, the phone operator said she could get a technician to me with in two hours. After 2 1/2 hours I called asking where the technician was and I was told that he was at lunch, but they assured me he would be to my house soon. After another 1/2 hour I called back and they told me again that he should be there with in a few minutes. (No apologies for my wait) My first call was at 11:20am and the tech got there at 3:30PM. He immediately said we needed a new water heater and gave us the option to go buy one and they would install it or they could install it now for $800. My husband said he would buy one at Lowes and the tech said he would be back between 8:30am and 9am the next morning. At 9:30am I called the office to ask where the tech was and the operator told me that he had stopped off at another job and he should be to my house shortly. I told the operator that my husband was waiting and that he expected the tech to be there when he said he would. The operator sent another tech to our house, but he did not arrive until 10:30am. My husband called to complain about the wait and their poor service and the operator offered him 15% off our bill even though we already had a 15% off Angie's list coupon. So essentially they did nothing to compensate us or make up for their unprofessional service except honor a coupon we already had. I will not recommend this company and I will tell people not to use them whenever possible. I ONLY used this plumber because of the good reviews on Angie's list! So, I hope this benefits people who take the time to check Angie's list and expect good service.

The two man team came out the same day as called. Arrived about 25 minutes later than the eta, but then promptly located the main water pipe to the house (which two other plumbers had failed to do). They provided options on the installation, then quickly and neatly completed the job. The total time on site was about 2 1/2 hours. We found them very professional, and were very pleased with the quality of the work. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I was pressed for time as I had company coming in from out of town that day. The gentleman was on time, professional and skilled. He wasted no time and the work was of high quality. I will use the again and again. First class operation!

Highly recommend. Had major water pressure issues in new house. Another plumber told us that we had a systemic plumbing problem and would likely need to spend tens of thousands of dollars to fix. Terry Vereen plumbing found out that it was a simple problem with the valve from the street and saved us untold dollars. He was courteous, prompt, honest and did an excellent job. Will use for all future projects.
