Two man truck got right to work, determined the issue as faulty drain line installed by previous homeowner. Cleared drain and replumbed the drain.

Alan was right on time (even a bit early which was good), he had the equipment he needed for the job, and he got it done quickly. Best of all he was extremely polite and friendly, explained everything and even told me about a coupon! Since my kids are coming home for Easter, I was very happy that Vereen could complete all of this in a timely manner.

Great service! We had to do an emergency call on Palm Sunday early afternoon. The dispatcher was very courteous, and the plumber (Nick) called us in a very timely fashion. The explanation of rates was clear and easy to understand. His estimate of arrival time was very good (especially considering how far a drive our home is from town). He was courteous, very considerate of our home, and very thorough. They got the challenging job done effectively, and I would definitely hire Terry Vereen plumbing again.

OK. They were professional, nice, and on time. However, they didn't fix the toilet and had to come back a second time. The price for fixing the toilet was reasonable (around $285). However, the second time they came out, we had then install a showerhead. The price for installing the showerhead was pricey. We had purchased the showerhead, so all we were asking was that it be installed. A showerhead doesn't take that long to install nor is it particularly difficult, but the bill was $110 (labor). I don't expect workmen to clean as thoroughly as I do, but both times they came out I did have to clean up afterwards. Although I was not 100% pleased, I would try them one more time.

Called at 8:30am and had a plumber at my house for the time slot of 11:00-1:00pm. Very prompt and friendly. Showed me the old plastic valve they would take off and replace with a quarter turn valve. Also replaced the hose faucet. Would absolutely use again.

We have had them a couple of times. They were good, timely, did the job and got everything resolved. They were fast, they were efficient, on time. That was basically it.

In the 30 minute window I was given, the tech, Ron, was on time. He was professional, polite and answered any questions I had. He left the area clean as well. Thank you!

Terrible!! Plumber showed up 1 hour early, so I was not even home at that time. Then Plumber claimed he could not fix Fawcett handle at all; unless he busted into exterior wall and also interior wall to completely replace plumbing pipes. I would not allow such destruction of my home and I would have been left with a gaping hole from outside to inside of home and would be forced to hire other Contracters to rebuild large area of a home that's only 2+ years old. Shameful ignorance and conduct and ripping off seniors!

A wonderful experience. My husband had just passed away and this was my first time handling something like this. I was unknowledgeable and how the process worked. They restored my faith in contractors and I would without a doubt get them again. Mr. Spiker did my tile work and the tile work is beautiful. My bathroom looks entirely new and modern. They arrived on time but did not bring the correct equipment. I explained to the woman I spoke to before the call but the jackhammer needed was not on the truck. This caused an extra hour and half on the job as they needed to go pick it up. I was not charged for the additional time. The work was performed to my satisfaction. They did get concrete on my drive way used to patch the area where they worked which I was not happy about.

The 2 workmen were very polite and cleaned up very well. I would definately hire them again. They even told me about the senior discount which I was not aware of.

I called to schedule an appointment and was able to make one within days. Not only did the gentleman show up on time but he was a few minutes early. He was professional, polite and knowledgable. He did exactly what we needed/wanted. Would definitely hire again!

They arrived very puntually...within an hour and a half of my call. Alan and Devin were both very polite and professional. They got to work right away and were done 30 minutes later. They cleaned-up after themselves and were very helpful in making suggestions to avoid future problems. New part was a little pricey, but worth it to get it done right. Calling a plumber isn't something I look forward to, but next time I need plumbing help I will look forward to calling these guys again.

My husband had just passed away and Mat and Brian came in and went right to the source of the problem. They were very clean and responsive to the home's care and cleaned up right after finding the source. They showed me the pictures of and how the leak was happening. They then followed with a estimator named Hank who also explained things to me and then I received a professional letter to submit to my Homeowners Insurance Company. I will get them to do the job and this is the best plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Honest and professional. They have restored my belief in good service and honesty. Would recommend them to anyone.

I will have to ditto the person with the C grade who indicated using Vereen Plumbing twice before and had been happy with their responsiveness and quality of their work. This time, I had scheduled a re-plumbing job which was quoted over the phone by Toni. I scheduled the job to be done on 10/17/16 and I scheduled a month in advance. At that time, I asked Toni to email me a copy of the proposal for confirmation and my records. She never sent it. I called again. She seemed irritated that I was asking. I explained that I will not go forward with the job if I don't get a copy of the proposal. Again, she said she was emailing it. Well, here we are, Friday, 10/14/16 and I called and the woman answering the phone (answering service) was so rude! She kept having me repeat the information. I finally said, "They'll know what it's regarding." Very frustrating. It's almost as if they DON'T want repeat clients.

Sent a plumber and an apprentice. Replaced toilet wax seal. Took about 20 minutes. Arrived at stated time. Neat and cleaned up after themselves. Took shoes off when entering house.

Called for an estimate for a water heater replacement as mine sprung a leak. Their estimate was the lowest I received from 3 plumbing companies. Installation was the next morning. Although they were 1 hour late in arrival they called to let me know they were running late. The work was completed faster than expected. They did a quality installation, cleaned up and were very friendly and professional.

I called on the recommendation of American Electrical and had an appointment set up for the same day. They were on time and had the repairs done quickly. I would highly recommend Terry Vereen.

Fixed both items in about an hour. They were on time, neat while working and cleaned up the work areas.

I have used them twice before and had been happy with their responsiveness and quality of their work. This time I was given 4 different delivery times and I had to keep calling on the day they were supposed to install and get the status. Prices started at $1230, then went to $1690.00 on the phone when it was discovered I needed a power vent. Took a week to get the water heater delivered and then after they installed it I was presented for a bill for $2200.00. When I called and asked why the price went up, they said the price of the water heater went up since I ordered it a week ago. No one called to let me know that the price had changed. We settled for $1800 still $110 over what was quoted. The plumbers were very good, respectful and professional. It is a shame that the office staff doesn't reflect the their plumbers' excellent qualities.

Great, problem was solved quickly and economically. When the pipes clogged I called RotoRooter first; when the service man came out they quoted me a price I knew was far too high to clean out the main pipe line. They could not find the sewer drain and wanted $400 to clear the drain through the toilet and another $450 to install a drain. That's when I called Terry Vereen - they sent someone out the next and they were able to to clear the drains through the roof vent, in addition they found the sewer line and the drain and snaked that as well for a total price of $160.00 dollars. I was very please and plumbers that came out were friendly and professional. This is where I will go for any further needs.
