Description of Work: After finding a leak and an installation issue due to a poor re-installation by a contractor after a flooring install, we decided it was a good idea to have a licensed plumber come and repair the leak as well as re-check everything that was installed by the contractor. |Our service technician was prompt, professional and thorough. He checked every piece that was installed and did a great job repairing the leak. He cleaned up after himself and left no trace that he had even been there - even though he had to do some extensive sink repairs. |This is the second time that we have used Terry Vereen as a company, and both times have been very pleasant experiences. We would definitely recommend them to our friends, both for cost and quality of work. |It's nice to know that if we encounter an issue, we have a reliable, professional company that we can call and know the issue will be properly resolved the first time.

Description of Work: I had a leak under my garbage disposal and it needed to be replaced. Everything about the service, responsiveness, professionalism etc... was excellent. I feel that they over charged for the disposal unit (approx 50% over retail) and the service call was $98.00 for 1/2 hour. I will look for another provider in the future due to cost, but they are a very professional company.

Description of Work: Replaced vanity and faucet in two areas. Had to modify the cabinet but they were able to do so without changing the look of the cabinet, cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly.

Description of Work: Estimate and project work for complete repiping (replaced defective polybutylene pipes throughout). Estimate was thorough, priced competitively, and promptly received. The work was performed as outlined, scheduled and in the time frame projected. Both the estimator and plumbers were easy to understand, explained what would be done, were pleasant to deal with, answered my questions, and addressed my inspection concerns promptly. Followup work for patching/sheet rock repair was completed shortly after completion of the repiping. It's nice to feel secure about new pipes and no longer having worries about leaks or burst pipes.

Description of Work: Home under contract to sell... the buyer insisted on a plumbing inspection above and beyond the normal home inspection. Service was prompt and courteous. They checked water heater temperature, drains, toilets flushing, water softener all to our satisfaction. We will only use this company in the future.
