Asked for an estimate and not to do any work until I was called with a price. Did the work anyway without checking with me first. Did not do the work properly and I had to get another plumber out to fix it right. Called the office to complain and they really didn't care. Would NEVER use again or recommend to anyone.

They were fast, went above what our main issue was, and the price was reasonable. Certainly better than other companies we have used in the past.

They did all I needed done. Fixed the pipe. Replaced the dry wall and vanity. And fixed the shower handles with up to code one that works.

Everything went well! The tub/shower replacements turned out to be problematic since there was no access panel. Chris and Brian worked all day, with a lunch break and trip back to shop for parts, completing the work successfully. The price was reasonable. Chris has the neatest handwriting! I can actually read the invoice! Thanks Chris!

very well. The company was a second opinion due to the fact that the plumbing company I used for 25 years wanted to do unnecessary work to handle the problem. I believe the price was fair with no lost time . I appreciate the work done and will use and recommend this company to my friends

I called and they were able to come the next day. The plumber was 30 min late and didnt call to let me know. The garbage disposal install was fairly quick and works fine. The shower head install also went fine. The faucet fix was ok. His wrench slipped and he scratched the handle. The faucet required new stems which were charged at around $60 and available online for less than $11. Quite a mark up! We ended being double charged on my credit card and had to call and get the second charge refunded. Just an ok experience.

Very well. The plumber even showed me the trick to getting into the sink drain to unclog it, which I think will extend the time until I will need to call them out again. (Old house, old plumbing!)

The company answered their phone. The person on the phone was pleasant and professional and quickly set up an appointment. They called me back to confirm the plumber was on his way. Plumber was on time. Was well-spoken, courteous, explained what he was doing and why. Did not waste time. Fixed my water heater and was on his way as fast as possible. Would use again!

Because of his experience he was able to get the work done in a very short amount of time. They are even willing to work after 5 pm on a week night to help me get my house back up and running. I called Terry Vereen plumbing around 7:30 am on June 22, 2017 to see if someone could come out to take a look at a pipe that was leaking. Within an hour two technicians were here and fixed the problem. Fast service at a great price!

The plumber did a great job. Fixed everything. Replacing the tub fixture was a lot more involved than I thought it was going to be, but he had all of the tools needed and did a great job. Very competent. Cleaned up afterwards. Took the amount of time they had estimated.

The guys were on time, explained everything that needed to be done, finished before schedule and cleaned up any mess they made. Great job.

WHEN I CALLED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, I MADE IT CLEAR THAT THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED WAS ON A GARAGE APARTMENT. THE WORKERS HAD TO BACK TO THEIR PLACE TO GET AN EXTENSION LADDER. THEY WERE GONE AT LEAST 25 MINUTES. I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL QUARTER HOUR. HAD THE LADDER BEEN ON THE TRUCK IN THE FIRST PLACE, THIS CLEANING WOULD HAVE TAKEN AN HOUR OR LESS. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND GOT NO RESPONSE.

Perfect! Great guys, did the job nice neat and cleaned up after. After contacting 3 other places and either getting a no show, no response or cancellation they showed up on time and did the work in less than half the time of all the other estimates. Would definitely hire again and already recommended to the neighbor.

I thought they were terrific and I am getting ready to use them again.
