They were very punctual and professional. They were also very tidy. I was surprised at how little mess they left me!

First off I have no complaints about the workmanship. Everything was fixed and works as expected. I do have an issue with the installer, Adam, who came to do the disconnect. The first visit left a bad taste in my mouth with the level of un-professionalism. During the middle of the disconnect he stepped outside for almost 10 minutes to take a phone call. Then, when it came time to write up the bill, I actually had to go check on what was taking so long because he sat for almost 15 minutes out in the van writing up the ticket. Apparently, he counted that as time worked because I timed the visit from the time he walked in to the time he walked out to write up the ticket. This guy conveniently rounded down on the time he arrived (almost 15 minutes before he actually did) and rounded up on the time worked (he stepped out the door at 8:25 but I got charged for 8:45 while he took his sweet time to write the ticket). I even brought this to his attention, but the ticket was 'already written up' and because I guess when he looked at his watch during the write up it was closer to 8:45 not 8:30 (which I'm sure was true). I can't attest to whether these things were done on purpose to squeeze me for money or just a sign of very inattentive/sloppy billing practices but there is no excuse either way. At the end of the day, I got charged for 1.5 hrs of work when the actual time worked was under an hour. That's a 50% round up! Maybe not a ton of money in the scheme of things, and probably less noticeable if it was a 3 hr job, but money is tight and every bit counts. Maybe they needed to offset my Angies list discount, who knows? To top it off, I told him he could take the old sink, I assume for salvage, but he took the disposal with it as well without even asking! I had to make a bunch of calls so they could track him down and make sure he didn't dispose of it. So, I was locked in to using Terry Vereen again for the reconnect since they had to bring back my disposal for the install. Luckily the 2nd visit was much more professional. Again, I made sure to write down the exact arrival and departure (especially after the first experience). This time they were right on the money. They seemed, quick, professional and kept things clean. There was no time spent talking on the phone or 15 minutes spent writing up the ticket (apparently it CAN be done more quickly!) So I really don't know what to think of these guys overall. Did they just have one lousy installer, or do they tell them to try and squeeze people for more money wherever possible? There's really no way to know, but I probably wouldn't take the chance using them again even with their ratings on here.

House built in the 50's and off grade, with old galvanized pipe. Water pressure was low and pipes were not insulated. I thought it was a good time to repipe. I got several estimates. Vereen was the lowest, but I did not choose them just because of price, but because "Hank" (the estimator) really seemed to know what to look for. He spent about an hour evaluating our condition .They scheduled a team to do the repipe within days of placing the order and were on time. The installation team was competant and had the repipe finished the same day. The drywall man called and scheduled a few days later to patch the holes that were made to gain access. Hank came back the next day to make sure the electrical system was grounded properly (thank you). All in all, it was a good experience and I would hire again, but I would like to offer some advice: 1) If your contract says to "repipe from the service", hold them to it, because in our case, the crew that was doing most of the work outside, evaluated, on their own, that the pipe coming from the meter did not merit replacement. A call in to Hank resulted in an adjustment in the bill. In retrospect, I would have rather had the peace of mind knowing that it was all new, rather than having the bill adjusted. Still, I am happy with the work and feel like I got my money's worth. The water pressure is awesome!

Overall, they were very good. They were very professional. Their price was very reasonable. They gave me a discount for being a member of Angie’s List. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

We use them all the time and they are in my neighborhood. They staff is perfect and everything is fine. They have been our plumbers for a very long time. I am very familiar with them. They do a lot of work in our neighborhood. They do a good job. I would rather work with who I know. They are very professional.

I got them from Angie's List. I used a coupon that I had on Angie's List and that saved me around 20%. It was great. They set up the appointment very soon once I called them and they came out a day or so after. They were on time. It only took them about forty five minutes to do all of it. They were very professional and they honored the coupon that I had on the website. I ended up paying $20 for each one of the components that I was buying from them as I bought them off of their truck. If I would have got it from a store I think they said that it was $5 or something like that. Other than that, it was good.

I probably will use them but I haven’t yet. The estimate was for $1500. They have a different way of doing the job as compared to the other plumbing company that I had contacted. I liked their price. I will use their services again in the future. Their price is good.

Excellent Service, Very prompt and professional!

Service was prompt (plumber arrived sooner than expected), courteous, and respectful. It was a small job, but we would use this plumbing company again.

I contacted Terry Vereen plumbing about 2 weeks after my 93 year old mother passed away. 2 days after she passed I walked into the downstairs office and noticed wet sheetrock. Long story short, The old copper had sprung 2 pinhole leaks. I had those fixed but 1 week later another pinhole leak started up. That’s when I called Terry Vereen and set up an 11:00 AM, Monday morning meeting at the house in St. Augustine Beach, Fl. I live in Jacksonville about an hours drive away and arrived at the house at 10:30 AM. At 11:20 AM I called the office of Terry Vereen to see where the estimator was. Again, long story short, he finally arrived around 1:30 PM. He was very apologetic and I was rather cool to him but allowed him to provide an estimate. The other company I had called for an estimate did not return my call until Sunday afternoon and I was under a time constraint as my brother was staying at the house and could handle the re-piping but was only there for a week. We had previous experience with Terry Vereen plumbing which was all good so we were not surprised to see they had a good rating. We decide to forgo another estimate and let Terry Vereen have the business. My brother handled the on site process and he could not provide enough positive feedback for the crew and the job they did. They arrived on time and true to their word, it was a one day job and I can say after looking at the results, they did a GREAT job. They need to work on their office/estimator communication but otherwise they are highly recommended.

kWork was done promptly. They picked up fixtures from dealer and removed all debris when finished. One person did all the work himself. He was very friendly -- and talkative. I enjoyed listening to him talk to himself while he worked.

Ron was right on time. His demeanor was curteous, professional and task focused. He made sure I understood what was necessary to remedy the problems and then completed all tasks quickly and very efficiently. The company truck was a marvel of plumbing supplies. I was very satisfied with Ron, the job performed and the price. I definitely would call Terry Vereen Plumbing , particularly Ron, again.

Two plumbers, arrived on time, completed work in about 1 hour. Labor cost $46/man hour. Accepted Angie's coupon. Pleasant, professional, efficient,

the plumber came on time after i received a "he's on the way" call. I showed the problems. he went straight to work, repaired everything in a very timely fashion, was courteous and professional. he accepted the angie's list discount coupon. i am very pleased with the work, the worker, and the price.

I called in the morning, and I was told someone would be here in the afternoon. I received a call about 20 minutes before the serviceman arrived to let me know he was on his way. As soon as he saw the problem with the spigot, he told me it would need replacing and that it would be a simple procedure. He immediately began work on the problem, then proceeded to work on the toilet, which was also easily fixed. The whole procedure was very efficient and handled in a professional manner.

Everything went as I expected; the work was as we expected.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt, pleasant, and got the job done.

Terry Vereen is the plumber for me. His employee was punctual, polite and quiet. He even apologized for not being faster. There was no problem with his timing. He swept-up after finishing and gave me some hints about getting the best use from the disposal. His work was accurate and appreciated.

I had an irate tenant who kept complaining that the shower was draining too slow. Vereen went out there the same day and took care of the problem. I would not call anyone but them for any plumbing problem.

Chose Terry Vareen plumbing due to reviews on Angies List…best move I ever made. The two techs Mathew and Allen were very professional and nice. Along with Quick in the multiple tasks I asked them to do. 4 tasks took just under 1 hour. WOW. No milking the clock for extra money. Plus with Angie’s list I got to use the 15% discount coupon. Other than the hot and cold being reversed on one sink the plumbing work was great. They were on site as scheduled and completed the work in one day. The work also came with a two year warranty. The patchwork to the drywall was well done and will easlily be covered with a coat of paint. The problem was the mess that was left behind. No effort was made to control, or clean up, the dust from cutting the drywall, there were cut pieces of pipe left in most work areas. The dish washer fell out of the cabnit the first time I used it because the mounting screws were left out. In the attack one of the vent pipes for the air conditioner was mashed where they climbed and drug pipe over.
