Terry Vereen Plumbing

We had been in our house for two weeks and were horrified when the water began rising in a commode that had just been flushed. Using a plunger and trying to flush the line with buckets of water (as advised in an online video) wasn't working. My husband called Terry Vereen plumbing the next morning. Tim and Kevin arrived and went to work on clearing the sewer line of a stoppage that was about 30 feet out from the house.

Had two older toilets not flushing well. Vereen did all they could to clear, said we needed new ones. Had them come back another day to snake out from roof vents, plus they augured them again, spending a lo of time trying to clear, all at no cost. Had them come back to install a new one,which works great. They were honest, respectful,and straightforward, trying to do all they could for us. We paid for two service calls but feel it was worth all they did. I finally feel I have a plumber I can trust and rely on.

My bathtub faucet failed, it's a moen and they are known to have brass cartridges that get stuck in the valve. I had to turn off the water main so it was 1pm and I was without water. I called several other plumbing companies who could not come out until the next day, While on Angie's list I called Vereen, who had all "A"'s on their ratings. They said they could be out on the job in 30 minutes, two very polite young plumbers showed up 30 mins later and replaced the valve and installed the new faucet - a delta this time. In addition, I was charged $80 less than the company I had called before. I would definatley use them again.O

They arrived promptly and were very nice/friendly. They got right to work and finished quicker than I expected. They cleaned up the work areas and got rid of all the trash. Quite simply, I could not ask for better service.

125. Called and set an appt with Terry Vereen Plumbing Company. The plumber came on time and estimated the service for about $125. We have used other plumbing company before and they charge us about $300+ for same problem. So , he unclogged the drain with the snake wire tool and cleaned the garbage disposal and all the mess after his job. He was very accomodating and easy to talk with...in short he was very professional and we are very satisfied with his work. We found the plumbing company that we trust and will go to if ever we'll have any plumbing problem. Thanks to Angie's list.....

Everything was outstanding from making the appointment to the final job completion. The employees were friendly and courteous. The workers arrived promptly and performed the repairs efficiently without leaving debris. I would highly recommend Terry Vereen Plumbing and would use them again without hesitation. They told me they would have someone on the way shortly. Within the hour, two gentlemen arrived and began the work. Both were very nice and professional! They finished within 45 minutes and thankfully now no more leaks! Thank you Vereen's Plumbing! First time customer was very satisfied! I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

On their first trip Bobby and Jeremy, the plumbers from Terry Vereen, installed a kitchen garbage disposal and a new faucet which I personally purchased from Lowe's. The garbage disposal was defective which was not apparent until the end of the day. I called Terry Vereen back and explained what had happened and arranged for another trip the following day. I had to pay another installation fee because the unit was not purchased from Terry Vereen. I decided to purchase another garbage disposal from them to assure there would be no further problems. I got a credit from Lowes, but unfortunately, I had to pay the second installation fee. Both Bobby and Jeremy were very professional and got to work immediately, double checking their work and making sure there were no leaks. They arrived on time on both days and answered our questions and concerns. I was very pleased with their work and would call on them again if necessary.

Called this company at 9:30am and told them that I had a clogged up kitchen sink. They said that they could get a plumber here between 11a-1p. I thought that was great. But to my surprise, they were actually here by 10:15 and finished by 10:45. There were two young men that worked together very well and got the job done in a very short time. I was very impressed and will definately recommend this company to anyone!

Plumbers meet me on time to provide and estimate of cost.Estimate was reasonable, gave me a range of cost based on complexity once they got to the pipe, plumbers were professional, really nice guys.Returned the following morning as promised.Work completed, no problems, excellent work.Invoiced for less than estimate!!!I'll use this company over and over again and recommend them to anyone needing work.

I called Terry Vereen Plumbing on a Saturday at about 12:30PM when we noticed that water had backed up from our main sewer line in to our master bath ( a recurring problem every year or so) and left my contact information with, what I assume is, the answering service. Within 5 minutes Jonathan returned my call and answered my questions and advised he would be headed my way as soon as he was finished with job he was working on, ironically, a clogged sewer line. Jonathan and Adam arrived within 1/2 hour, got out their equipment, solved the problem and were packed up and gone about 30 minutes later. They did a very good job. The old faucets were in bad shape and it took quite an effort to get them off. They were very competent and professional and cleaned up the area. Am very pleased with the new faucets.

Overall, we were pleased with the service technician and responsiveness to our original call. Unfortunately, the faucet we purchased was faulty so we had to pay by the hour to have the plumber install, then uninstall the faucet only for us to do that installation ourselves later. The technician did a very nice job with the drain line hookups. We were all so flustered about the faulty faucet that we forgot about the pool bath toilet. I immediately sent a long e-mail to Vereen Plumbing explaining what happened and asked if they would share the cost of the mistake with us by sending someone out, free of charge, next time they were in our area. I explained that we would only need 5-10 minutes of their time. I would have been willing to pay them their hourly rate prorated but did not want to pay for a whole first hour again since they didn't complete the job the first go around. Anyway, after almost 3 weeks and not receiving a response, I called them. The gal stated that she did receive my e-mail and said she left us a message. I confirmed our phone # since we didn't receive a message. She stated at that time that they didn't have anyone scheduled in our area "this week". I told her that was fine but to give us a call when they did. It's now been just shy of 7 weeks and I find it difficult to believe that no one has been in The World Golf Village during that time. Fortunately, thanks to Google's "How To", we replaced the flapper for $2.50 and the toilet is working fine. My overall grade of C was based on an A for the original service call and an F for the follow-up (or lack thereof). I would look for another plumber before using this company again.

I called Terry Vereen Plumbing at 7:30 in the morning. They scheduled someone to be there around 8:30. They were late, not showing until 9:30. Not really a big deal, getting there by 9:30 was still pretty amazing. The lead service person, Brian, was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He offered a few options for repair, which were all reasonable. He did not pressure me to choose something I didn't need. They moved a large wood cabinet back against the wall to cover the hole. The guys tested the lines, cleaned up and were finished really quickly. The best experience with a plumber I have ever had. I will use them again the next time I need a plumber.

When I woke up, I did not have hot water. I called this company immediately and within 2 hrs., they were at my house. My hot water heater needed a new thermostat, which they fixed in 20 minutes. Voila! Hot water in time to shower and start my day. Completely satisfied. Couldn't have asked for more...

The crew arrived on time. Finished the job in one day and then returned after the tile person was finished. When there was a problem with the tiling, Hank was there promptly to advocate for me. I really appreciated his responsiveness. He had to wait several hours for the inspector, but maintained his cheery disposition.

I made the call to Terry Vereen at 11:30, and was able to have a service appointment for 3:00 same day. Matthew showed up promptly (actually, a half hour early. How often is a contractor early?) He was concise, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided insight regarding what options were available to me for a long term solution. He double checked everything to insure the problem was fixed, and did a great job cleaning up. For all of this the price was extremely reasonable. I've used Terry Vereen before and this experience has added to my satisfaction. I will continue to use Terry Vereen for all of my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

It went welll. very prompt and got the job done quick.

Out toilet was backing up and when we ran the washing machine it filled the bathtub up. We called and Matt came same day. He ran a snake to the main and ensured the line was clear. Also made a fix to our toilets. The work was done quickly and we were pleasantly surprised with the cost as it was lower than we had anticipated.

Matt and Tyler from Terry Vereen Plumbing arrived at my home about 8:30am as schedule. They went to work attempting several methods to unblock the bathtub drain with no success. They kept inform after each procedure and decide the p-trap was clogged. They did a very professional 4.5 hour job during to remove the battub p-trap. The job involved having to cut a through a wall and breaking up concrete to get to the p trap. After removing the old plumbing and resnaking and reinstalling the bathtub drain it works just like new. They complete all work clean up the mess, keep the floor covered during the process.Very pleased with the work , workmanship and the workers. They were called in to repair a busted pipe inside a wall, on a Friday night. The found the leak and repaired it in under an hour, from start to finnish.

The guys arrived and went right to work, finished in a timely manner.

Went very well and quickly. The tech was running a tad late, but guess that is to be expected in that type of business. I was scheduled between 10am and 12 pm, but the tech showed up at 12:20 pm.
