I noticed a leak in my ceiling, was worried about what a mess this could be to find. The plumbers were efficient and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. I believed I saved a few thousand dollars by calling this honest company.

They gave us a great price, other companies that came out and looked at it were trying to severely overcharge us. They were polite and professional, very helpful and responsive.

I have a Kohler kitchen faucet that had a quick disconnect on a water line that was leaking. Also the valve was leaking. Since the parts are under a lifetime warranty I looked on the Kohler website and they listed Terry Veeren Plumbing as the plumber who does warranty work locally. My wife called and explained what needed to be repaired. They came out and said they could not fix the quick disconnect and I would have to get a new faucet. I called Kohlor and they said the quick disconnect is serviceable but the parts were out of stock. I was able to get a replacement faucet and replaced it myself. After I had the old one out, I looked at the quick disconnect and all it needed was a new o-ring. This is something he could have fixed and I would not have needed a new faucet. He did tighten my soap pump up.

Terry Vereen Plumbing responded to my call in the same day to repair a leak in the main service to a rental house. I was told when the workers would arrive, I was called 15 minutes prior to the workers leaving, and I was called the next day with the invoice amount. I was able to pay with credit card over the phone and they honored their Angie's List discount without question. The repair took less than one hour and I was charged for a service call and a minimal amount for the parts used (less than $10). I am very happy with their response time, notification, and professionalism. I will use Terry Vereen Plumbing again and based on my experience, would recommend them to others.

Quality of work was good. Plumber could not do entire job in first visit because additional parts were needed for toilet. Work was thus paid for in two installments, each representing the work ultimately completed on two separate days. Though this was a single service call and required two separate visits to complete due to factors outside of the customer's control, plumber refused to honor the 15% Angie's List discount coupon for both phases of the job, requiring me to select one and only one of the days he worked. Only after I strenuously objected did he relent. On second day of work, 90 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, we called the plumber only to be told that he was enroute, and would be there shortly. During this phone call and upon the plumber's arrival, no explanation or apologies were offered.

Arrived on time. Listened to our concerns and made effective repair/adjustments in a very professional manner. This is the second time we have had a service from Terry Vereen plumbing and will use their services again should it be needed.

Two technicians arrived to service two toilets that were not draining. A plunger and augger were already attempted by me and that didn't fix the issue. The sewer line cap couldn't be found outside after a good amount of time probing for it so the next step was to pull one of the toilets and snake the line from that point. This was fine by me since I am replacing all the toilets in the house anyway. After running the sewer machine, the line was draining normally again. They even hauled away the old toilet for me.

Had to come back about three weeks later to reinstall disposal due to it leaking.

Well, I got home from class, merely 15 minutes before our scheduled service... when Bobby arrived, I was still boxing up the cleaning products and Tupperware under the kitchen sink. He helped me box them up, fixed the pipe with a minimal opening from inside of the kitchen cabinet...(another plumber told me he would cut into my bathroom tile and make a 5 foot hole!!!), and even made sure the drains were clear, so that my sinks would drain properly into the wastearm. The entire job was completed and cleaned up, in about 2 hours. I am so happy that I could cook, use my dishwasher, and the bathroom sink that very night!

Everything went great! They arrived on schedule, performed all work competently and quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs.

Sheduling was responsive and tech was punctual. He breezed through all my miscellaneous projects with ease, HOWEVER, as I reviewed the invoice I realized I had been overcharged by approximately 45 minutes for his time (approx $60) - that was after I learned that they also automatically bill you for 15 minutes labor time (for driving to my house?) before the job even begins. So I paid for 2.25 hrs when it should have been more like 1.25 hrs - or even less since that actually included about 15 minutes to craft his theivery - I mean, write up the invoice. He was also happy to charge me outrageous amounts for his mediocre on-hand parts so, if you're okay with their shady labor billing practices, I would strongly suggest purchasing all parts you might need before the tech arrives. Additionally, two months following his replacement of the kitchen faucet valve, the entire unit has become very loose and I fear it may even break off. Of course they'd be happy to take a second look - for a price, since the 30-day workmanship warranty had expired at that point. This was my first experience with plumming service so perhaps the "drive time charge" and 30-day workmanship warranty periods are common industry practice?!! BUYER BEWARE!

We bought an home in Avondale that was built in 1946, the pipes were original and needed to be replaced. They did a through assessment, the job was completed in one day. We have a crawl space under our home so the re-piping was much easier than if it was on a slab. Overall I would use them again.

It went as well as could be expected. I had a very nice conversation with the plumber as I was cleaning out the rest of the bathroom (as it was going to be mostly unusable). The cost was less than I expected for all the work he did, and I was very pleased! So I hired them to remove and dispose of the tub when that needed to be done a few days later for the mold remediation.

They spent two hours here and solved the problem

Tenant called about an actively leaking sink. Terry Vereen had the best billing solution for the fix and was able to complete the repair the same day. Tenant was happy, I was happy and most importantly, my checkbook was happy.

They did an excellent job. I highly recommened him. They went above and beyond. Very clean and efficient. It was a woonderful experience.

I had called the company and scheduled an appt for Friday. They came out, looked at the problem and thought they fixed it, which it did stop the leak. The person who came out thought at first I may need to change the faucet, but didn't after fixing one of the knobs. The next morning, Sat, I heard the leak again, so I called them out. A different person came out and stated that I did need to replace the faucet. While he was disconnecting the faucet, I went out and bought a new one, which he put in. Problem solved. Only charged for the hour, which wasn't too bad. There was no weekend charge! I wil use this company again!! Very professional.

Initial response was fast but rushed and messy as ceiling was torn to reveal leak. Rough repairs and incorrect pipe usid.

They came out to give an estimate when they said would and followed up with the quote promptly. I had other companies that were unresponsive. They were able to come out to the home within a week to do the work. I am satisfied with the work they did. Scott was very professional and responsive to deal with.

Came nearly 2 hours late but I gone to the movies after they did not show. Guy called but phone was on silence in the movies so did not get the call. I called back next day and said they would call back to reschedule in 10 minutes. Did not call back. Decided to get someone else that would show up on time or al least call to say they will be late.
