Terry himself came out the week before to assess the many issues in our home and assign a plumber to come out the next week. The two men (the master plumber and a junior-level guy) showed up about 5 minutes early on a Monday morning (not bad!) and got right to work on my bulleted checklist. They were able to diagnose and repair the lingering issue with our hot-water heater that we didn't even know was the culprit for our very slow hot water at the faucets. And they did all this on a hot-water heater that's suspended several feet in the air over our washer and dryer, basically in the rafters of our garage. They were professional, quick and did their work at a very fair price. I'd use them again without hesitation.

than 1 hour.When they first arrived they observed my problem, toilet was not flushing and shower was backing up. I pointed them to my access pipe in the back yard, they dug up the dirt exposing access pipe, they observed a little water down in the pipe. They tried the plunger on the toilet to no avail. Tyler went up on the roof with an electric snake and snaked my roof vent, we tried the toilet again and the blockage was cleared. The whole job took less It turns out that the blockage was caused by some dog throw up which I had wiped up with toilet paper about a week earlier. I want to say thank you for the high quality service and excellent price.

Called their office Tuesday morning 9am, discussed the Hybrid water heater (AO Smith) 50 gal. I was surprised they had the product on hand and ready to install at my convenience, to replace my existing 17 year old electric water heater. Well, Technician Rob called ahead that same day and arrived about 12:30pm. Rob checked the work area, then advised me what he was going to do to remove the old water heater and what was needed to install the new Hybrid water heater by AO Smith. We talked a bit about the system, I then left him to do his thing, after completion he walked me thru the operation and minor maintenance. Rob also let me know if I had problems to contact Terry Vereen Plumbing. The install looks great with the pipe layout and location, everything is very secured. After the initial system I was getting hot water within minutes. My wife mentioned to me how much better and hotter the water was, we have it set at 120 deg and it feels much warmer than our older electric water heater. The Terry Vereen Plumbing team from initial call to departure was all professional and focused on my needs. Great job, well keep your # on my contact list for future work.

Great job performed & they even have regular hours until 3 pm on Saturdays. Very responsive for a follow up service call later the same afternoon too. Will definitely use Terry Vereen again in the future should a need arise.

I was told before any estimate could be given, company would have to remove toilet, use cameras to assess what work would need done & email would give approximate cost of estimate. Very, very upset. When I began to say that I could not afford to have entire house re-plumbed at this time (other family member bedridden & critically ill), representative stopped me & said the following. Quoted "I do not care what you can or cannot afford. This company has a reputation at stake. We only recommend what we feel needs done to your home. If you can't afford our complete recommendation, we do not want your business!"

This company is very professional and uses skilled plumbers. They showed up right ontime, removed my old bathroom vanity and sink and installed all new materials I had purchased at Lowes. The quality of their work was excellent and their prices were very reasonable. I am having them come back to intall a new toliet and water heater in a couple of weeks as I have high confidence the work will be done correctly. They left the job site sparkling clean hauling away all the old debris and sweeping up the work area. A REALLY GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH!

I called because the toilet in 2 bathrooms were bubbling and one toilet wasn't draining. The shower next to that toilet was slow draining also. They were able to send someone out within just a few hours, which was a pleasant surprise. The plumber, Rich, was very helpful and professional. He explained everything he was doing as he went. He removed the toiled, snaked the drain, cleared the clog, and spent a good while running water/testing afterward to make sure the lines were clear. He replaced the toilet, recaulked, and cleaned up after himself - I didn't have to do a thing! I also asked him to look at our kitchen faucet, which is loose, and a leaky outside hose bib. He explained what was causing the problems with the faucet and suggested a replacement, and told me what to look for when I buy a new faucet. He tightened the hose bib but said it would likely start leaking again soon because the (something or other - don't remember what he called it) would eventually crack. I asked him to just go ahead & replace it while he was here, and that took about 5 minutes. Overall I am very happy with the experience and work performed, and would definitely use Vereen again.

This is the second time I used Terry Vereen Plumbing. My son-in-law needs work done, and asked for their number. I am extremely satisfied with Vereen Plumbing, and highly recommend them. They found the leak from above, then broke a hole in the slab, directly over the leak. Then they dug it out, replaced the pipe, replaced the dirt, and poured new concrete to fill in the hole. I replaced the floor the next day (floating hardwood), since the concrete needed to cure. They completed the job in 3 hours, and their price was quite low for what they did.

Terry Vereen goes all over the city and he is the best of the best. I have had this plumber many times and I know he will fix my problem quickly and fairly. These people have done work for friends of ours who had to have their house replumbed and they were very satisfied with th price and professionalism this company exhibited.

Process started a few months before the actual work was to be done - Hank was very prompt in providing estimates - no problems when ever we requested estimates with various options - us purchasing the heater they installing only / they providing the heater / prices with different brand of heater - quick in providing estimates - we finally went with us providing the watts e-treat system and they taking care of everything else. - met a week before the actual installation date - gave us an idea of how the installation would proceed: who would arrive when - heater, plumber, electrician, gas guy - Installation day: - old water heater was dismantled quickly - plumbing for the water conditioning system and the external tankless water heater was aesthetically installed, smallest possible holes drilled into the concrete blocks for the pipes - water conditioning system connected - the new tankless was correctly put on the external wall, all levels verified multiple times - new fuse installed into the electrical box, wires covered and shielded on the outside and extended to the fusebox thru the attic - gas plumbing installed and connected. Checked for gas leaks and pressure. - after everything was deemed to be safe and ready did they test the heater It took the better part of the day to accomplish all of the above. We were impressed with the professionalism of each team that came to do the work. After almost 6 months - no issues. We have no hesitation in recommending Terry Vereen plumbing.

They were prompt. They made one mistake which affected the whole system but they were able to fix it. The company should have sent someone who was more experienced with water softening systems. Overall, they did fine and charged me a good price which was better than the other quotes I had. I still was very pleased.

Scott came in with his estimate you could tell he was very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. I did get other estimates his was in the middle from other estimates. His team came in and completed the repipe in 2 days. Then his wall repair man Mike came in and within 3 days all holes were filled in and sanded perfectly. I have high regards for Terry Vereen and his team.

well there were 2 guys they seemed in a hurry my husband was trying to taik to them and they weren't listening, they listened after he raised his voice. which is ridiculous

I bought the disposer from Setzer's on Phillips Hwy who were a pleasure to do business with. They helped me pick outt the best model and gave me a very fair price. This was not a plumbing emergency, so we didn't need immediate service, but we were able to schedule an appointment for the install within a couple of days. The installation was completed in less than an hour, and the installer cleaned up and answered our questions about operating the new equipment.

I only use Terry Vereen Plumbing. I've used them for years in all of the houses I have owned. You know the job is done right when they do the work. They are dependable and reliable.

Terry Vereen gave us a fair price, for their estimate. We had lower and higher prices but we choose to have Terry Vereen redo our stall shower because their ratings were very good on Angie's List, the price was fair and from the start of the job, they were professional; always on time and always responded to my calls in a timely manner. Their team of professionals that worked on our stall shower, were knowledgeable and cleaned up at the end of each days work. They were responsive to my questions too. The new shower stall is great! I would recommend them, and already have, to my neighbor.
