No issues, no complaints

The work done by them was fine. They are very good. They let me know a week ahead that they would be coming on a specific day by e-mail so that I can reschedule if that is not good for me. I was being charged $82 and I had one of their competitors who came to me and told that they would charge me $65. So I called Terminix to cancel and then they matched the price. I haven?t had any problems with bugs and so I guess what they are doing is good. I have never had to call them for anything. Whatever they are doing when they come must be working. I have never had an occurrence which they would cover at no charge, but I haven?t had the need to do that. Their punctuality is very good. I don?t have any kinds of gates or animals, but they do ring the door bell and I answer if I am at home. If I am not at home, then they do their work and they leave a work order in my front door. They have a uniform and a badge with their picture on it. So at least security wise you know that you are dealing with a person that is from that company. I would use their services in the future too.

Was prompt, neat uniform, did his job, we signed that the job was as promised and he left after about one hour.

They did find an issue with our baseboards that the first exterminator missed which caused us to have to tear up our carpets and baseboards. Our contract did not cover the damage, so we had to pay for it all ourselves.

They came on time, dressed professionally and quickly took care of the work at our property. There have been no fleas or any other bugs around since the sprayed. We have them come every three months and recommend them to theirs.

Terminix does a very good job. We never have any problems with pests. I like that they will come out additional times if we request and that they always call the night before they are coming. We pay them monthly on a monthly basis.

When they were coming to our home every couple of months to spray there were no problems and no one noticed the damage. Another time when they were spraying inside they found the damage under the floor boards. I am pleased because they are on top of everything and hiring a contractor as soon as possible. The only thing that upsets me is that they did not turn in the order to the contractor and now I have to wait another unknown amount of time before they can start the work.

They are okay and we were pleased with the service. This was the first time that they came out so we are not to familiar with the style of work that they would portray. But so far so good. There were no problems and we would recommend them to other people.

Price is a little higher than I thought it would be.

Terminix has done a fair job of killing termites. But one year when we had termite activity, it rained when they treated our property, so the work was not done completely. We had to get after them to finish the job. Overall, we are satisfied, though.

I like the fact that Terminix is proactive. I do not have to call them. They call and say they want to come for an inspection. We have had no problems, no termite activity. We have two homes under Terminix and have used them for seven years. Good work overall.

I found Terminix from an ad on TV, and I haven't had them real long, but they seem to be doing a good job. I have had them come back out a couple of times because I see bugs, but they show up right away and don't charge again.

We have used Terminex for 11 years and have had no termite problems in that time. They are punctual and do good work. The bond that they installed years ago has worked wonderfully. We are confident that Terminex keeps the termites at bay.

Terminix is professional and courteous towards me. They do a good job keeping pests out of my house. The chemicals they use do not hurt the lawn and it looks nice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The type of termite protection Terminix offers is working for me. I have been using them 10 or 11 years. The business end or office could improve.

Terminix is careful when spraying around children or pets. They always remind me to close my gate when he comes out so that no animals run in. They do a good job and I would recommend them to others.

I hired Terminex on a yearly contract to spray inside for roaches and other pests. They do a great job. I find them to be very friendly and dependable.

Terminix provides reliable pest control service, and the insecticides they use are safe and effective. I haven't seen a bug in our house since we hired them. I'm glad they call the day before and are so cooperative when scheduling an appointment time.

We do have a contract with Terminix. There are certain requirements that we have to do: leave the backyard gate open, and we do need to be present. There was a time that they forgot to do the backyard, we called and they were back out the next day.

We have used Terminix for about eight years. They do great work, so I don't have to worry. However, they need to have better customer contact, such as communicating about what was or needs to be done.
