Tech was on time and very nice. He was knowledgeable and made good recommendations. Fixed my television by replacing a bulb and computer chip in 40 minutes. I highly recommend them.

Provider listened to my description of the problem, scheduled an appointment. Provider was prompt, courteous and professional. Provider examined the tv and then ordered the part. When, after further examination, it was determined that this was not the part that was broken, he sent it back and ordered another part. When it came in he called and scheduled an appointment for the final repair. He told us to let him know if there were any further problems with the tv. We paid for the initial visit and then the part, only after the correct one was installed. This provider provided some of the best customer service I've ever received in Jacksonville by arriving promptly for the appointment, making follow up calls and giving us updates on the status of the parts delivery.

Called Tech Knowledge about two weeks after sustaining lightening damage to several electrical items in house after a direct hit to the house. Eric quickly determined that the power board had good 120VAC in, but nothing coming out. The board was not available for replacement by the manufacturer, but he was able to find someone who could fix it, hoping this would be the end of the problems as he could not check any further into the electronics for troubleshooting. In just over a week, the part was fixed and an appointment was set up for the next day. About 20 minutes of installation and the TV is back in in working order. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

The tech was not able to fix the problem, after two trips, because my TV was just on it's last leg and had more problems than it was worth. His honesty and integrity is outstanding. He did not charge me for a service call and recommended which TV to buy. Would highly recommend this company.

I called and was able to get appt same day. He was professional and diagnosed potential problem over the phone to let me know if he could fix the problem and an estimate on cost. He called before appt to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time. He had parts with him and was able to perform everything at same visit. He was very honest, thorough, and gave a good price for work. He gave advice regarding optimizing picture. My picture is now better than it has been in years! He cleaned up and even dusted off TV. I feel he gave me a good deal and did a great job. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

I got in contact with Anatoly on Thursday night via his website regarding my 50and quot; LG plasma TV that had decided to quit working for me earlier that day. I got a message back from him shortly after I sent a request about his services and called him Friday morning to set up an appointment. We agreed to an appointment for later that day and he arrived 20 minutes early and got right to work. Both he and his young apprentice wasted no time in opening up the back of the TV and were able to diagnose the problem in less than 10 minutes. He had the two power resistors needed for the repair of my TV on hand and was able to complete his work in about 45 minutes time and had the TV working better than before. I will be honest, before he came out, I was very concerned about how much the repair was going to cost as the TV was less than 3 years old and out of the warranty period, but, as you can see from the approximate cost of service above, his prices are very reasonable. If I have any other problems in the future, I know who I will be calling.

The service that I received was top of the line. Anatoly showed where each piece was located and showed me each piece after they had been removed. He indicated that lamp should last an average of two years and when I checked records I had replaced the lamp four years ago for a much higher price and had to wait for two weeks for the needed part to be shipped Anatoly had the necessary replacements and the whole job was completed in less than an hour. My 61 inch performs as if it were brand new set not eight years old.. I would strongly recommend his company to any of my neighbors and friends. He and his son were total professionals that not knew their craft but also were very respectful of my house

After the TV was hit by lightening, we thought it probably could not be repaired. The bolt hit the transformer in front of the house and also fried the Comcast box. LARGE blue flash!! Fast response, called before coming, showed up as promised, quality work! Very reasonable cost; small extra fee for traveling outside his normal work area. Professional and nice, really knew what he was doing!!! Above and beyond; we will exclusively use his services in the future.

Anatoly was on time and thorough. He found that the LCD panel on the TV was bad. He was very honest about the fact that it would be cheaper to buy a new TV rather then repair it. He also gave us very good information about the different TVs on the market.

I have a 73and quot; Mitsubishi DLP that started having countless dots thus needing a new chip. I ordered it online and then installed it but could not get the tv to come on properly. I called and after a brief informative discussion I decided it was worth having them come and do it properly. We made an appointment and they arrived within the 2hr time frame and were very polite and informative as they made sure everything was installed properly. I could not have been happier with every phase of the experience from the phone call to the handshake when they left. I have already referred them to a close friend.

With TV prices coming down I thought about replacing my 7 year old 50and quot; Samsung plasma TV but after talking to Anatoly I decided to have it fixed, and he saved me money.He is personal and professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Prior to deciding to use Tech Knowledge, I sent an email to rep to explain the problem. Response via email was within one day. I then phoned and personally discussed the problem. Tech Knowledge was able to determine the problem with the tv (bad lamp) and set up an appointment soon after the labor day weekend. Tech Knowledge presented within the timeframe promised, completed repair on the tv, and recommended HDMI cord to enhance tv picture. We asked Tech Knowledge to check two additional televisions for HDMI enhancement. Discovered three cords were needed, purchased them from Tech Knowledge ($15 each) and had them installed. Very pleased with all three televisions. Tech Knowledge rep was very polite, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I was really happy that all parts were available from Tech Knowledge at a reasonable price. I also received a $5 discount for being a senior. My only recommendation is that Tech Knowledge be aware of the tax rate in counties being served--Duval is 7 percent whereas St. Johns is 6 percent.

Contacted Tech Knowledge after finding him on Angie's List. He came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem even quicker. Unfortunately the part we needed to replace was nearly impossible to find, and he tried everywhere! So he recommended keeping an eye on on-line sources explaining sometimes TV parts are sold individually. Well, it worked, we just had to wait a few weeks and found a part. Anatoly came out the same day we called him that we had the part in hand, and in less than an hour our TV was back to brand new. Great prices for his work. Wonderful experience and Anatoly is a true pro!
