Description of Work: Checked HDMI port and connected a 3 way switch.

Description of Work: My TV wouldn't turn on when I got up on Feb 6th. I went to Angie's List immediately and found Tech Knowledge had a good rating. I called and he could see me between 10-12 that day but unfortunately I couldn't get off work. He came Monday and found it was not my TV but something else. He had it fixed in about 4 minutes. He is SUCH a nice man and very knowledgeable. I would use him again without a moment's hesitation.

Description of Work: Tech Knowledge was called to install a new large screened Smart TV set. The installation required special cable attachments and wiring. Anatoly (3 times)and his son Eric (one time) made four visits promptly at a relatively low cost to make sure that the installation operated properly. They were very responsive and professional and are highly recommended.

Description of Work: Determined tv could not be repaired then came back the next day and replaced the new one.

Description of Work: After lightning damaged 2 TV's a 65" Samsung and 42" Vizio. They were both repaired by Tech Knowledge. They were professional and polite.

Description of Work: They were unable to repair the TV. The cost would be more than a new set would cost.

Description of Work: He answered the phone and told me he could not repair my television based on my description of the malfunction. He said he had only been able to repair one TV with similar malfunction and that was because of a bad connection. He said he would come to my home and try to fix my TV for a $49 service call but assured me that it would be money wasted. I would certainly use this provider if in the future I have a problem with my TV.

Description of Work: Anatoly came on the same day I called him. I have a Sony HD projection TV that the picture was tinted green. while talking to Anatoly and describing the symptoms he stated that he thought he knew what the problem was. When he arrived he confirmed the problem. Anatoly told me he would not put the money into repa.iring the set as the cost was totally ridiculous. Honesty like that is much appreciated. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: This guy was great. He was very prompt and diagnosed the problem correctly. He even saved me money by finding a used circuit board (from a screen damaged tv). I fely very comfortable with using him to solve my tv problem. I will use him for any future tv pronlems.

Description of Work: My Samsung 50" flat screen TV was working fine with the exception of taking several minutes for the picture to come on. Anatoly Kozel replaced 7 filter capacitors in the power supply of the set which fixed the problem. All the work was done in my home in an effecient and professional manner. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend his services.
