T&E Movers

These are the list of issues with this company, T&E Moving and Storage LLC: 1. The initial estimate was made for about $7000 then at the end they asked for $9800. So, prepare for very off estimates. 2. Customer Service is terrible, and nobody answer any questions and differ you to the next person. 3. I paid for full packaging service; they packed my drawer stuff in a trash bag! very unprofessional. 4. They don't pack the furniture very well, so they damaged most of my furniture's and broke my bone China’s. 5. They didn't cover the rugs at all, so they get so dirty. 6. They used a tape on all my stuff for packing, hard to clean them from the surface of furniture. 7. They used my toilet rugs to pack my gym stuff! UNBELEIVABLE!!! 8. They packed all the pictures frame without right protection, so everything is so damaged, Same as the pots and kitchen stuff are dumped in the box. That is, it. I wish I can add all the photos which is very self explanatory!

What impressed me: They were scheduled to come between 8:30 - 9:00. They came at 8:15. The store didn't open until 9:00 which was my mistake (I thought it was sooner). They waited patiently without any hint of upset. "Sure, no problem sir, we will wait". They backed to truck into the delivery dock beautifully and worked wonderfully with the store management. Very very professional. The route they took to the church was fast and new to me. I followed and wondered where they were going and when I realized what they were doing I thought "brilliant". Very fast route. They again backed the truck into a tight space and unloaded quickly. 2,000lbs of canned goods are heavy but they moved fast. They let me help and cleaned up my mess. It was a fast job from start to finish. It was handled so that I was comfortable. I worried how it would go as it was a unique job. I am so very happy.

They were excellent. I couldn't ask for anything better. They were wonderful. They have a cousin that do the same kind of work and they gave me his card and I would definitely use him. I gave more money than they asked for. I felt that it was more than reasonable. I gave them 20 dollars apiece and they were 3 of them. They're very respectful, very responsible. They showed up exactly when they told me they would be there. They did more than I had expected them to do. They were careful with everything. They saved me money because he was able to look at it and said it was bigger than you need and if you can change that I can save money and I got the smaller pot. They know the size where I can put everything in it.

Shaban and his crews did an outstanding job overall. He honored everything he quoted and went out of his way to help us. We were moving from two different locations to our new house with a week in between moves. T&E Movers picked up our belongings and made sure to wrap everything in blankets and stretch wrap, nothing got damaged and the crew was motivated and efficient.

B & B Movers performed the service.

The movers were prompt and efficient. They took great care in securing all my items. I was satisfied with the level of care and service that they provided. The only complaint I have is that they left more items that could have been included with the load so I had more work to finish cleaning out the old house. I started the move a few days before they came and I was tired when they arrived so I did not monitor what they moved and what they left as closely as I should. When we arrived at the new location, they were very specific about inquiring exactly where I wanted each item placed and when I was not sure, they put it out of the way until I knew where I wanted it placed.

This was a divorce and they worked with me 100% when I had to cancel and then reschedule. Could not recommend them high enough.

They refused to give me a written quote.

They were very professional. They were not pushy. We only did not end up using them because they would have needed contract out to another moving company which may have caused a delay in the delivery.

They got it right 100% and were easy to work with. The pace was perfect.

It was wonderful.

They provided good service and value for the money. They were very helpful and careful with the items they were moving for us. They moved some furniture from a house to a room. They were very courteous.

They are always professional and kind. The prices are also quite reasonable. You couldn?t ask for better movers!
