Very prompt and professional when scheduling estimate. Spent time with us during estimate to review product samples and answer questions. Installers were on time. They did a fantastic job installing the floor. Left the job site clean afterwards. Very good experience.

Arrived promptly at home for consultation. Did not try to over sell!! We talked about flooring but we decided not at this time. Tim and his crew were excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone. If we decide to expand storage, we will definitely be calling Tim.

Tim is a professional. From the beginning to the end he and his team were punctual and knowledgeable. The team arrived exactly on time the day they said they would start. They informed me of the process and what to expect. They worked continuously and finished a little before they thought they would. They cleaned up everything and left the place in good order.

Tim was very professional. He was running a little late from an earlier appointment and called ahead to let me know. He took the required measurements and said we would have the drawings with in the week. He also let us know that his company also did garage storage systems if we ever had a need for that. After the appointment, I received two phone calls. One asking for clarification on a wine rack that I had requested and the other a few days later apologizing for the slight delay in delivering the drawings and to tell me I would have the quotes on Saturday. As promised his proposals were delivered on Saturday. We got three bids on the job. Ultimately we decided to go with another company strictly because we liked the design that they came up with and the fact that they would come back at no additional charge to add drawers/racks if we wanted them too. Tim's quote was within 200.00 of the bid we accepted on the pantry. His quote was considerably under the price we received for the difficult closet space underneath the stairs. However, the design solution provided for this space by the company we ultimately chose was the very best of the three bids. Both Tim's quote and the company we decided to use were about 2000.00 below the quote we received from California Closets. Even though we did not use Taylored Living to do the pantry/closet in our home, our contact with the company was great and if we ever decide to do any type of system in our garage with will call them again to look at the job.

Tim Blin is knowledgeable and very responsive. He listened to all of our needs, asked good questions and got back to us with a quote in a timely manner. The installers arrived on time and were conscientious and neat. We will use Tailored Living again for future projects.

Fantastic. I am a repeat customer. Tim Blin, the owner, is a professional. His service are a tad pricey, but very much worth it. The floor coatings are remarkable -- unusually so. Rugged. Durable. Non-stick. Non-slick. Attractive. Brightening. The cabinets are custom made, custom ordered, custom designed. Tim convinced me of several points during the design phase and I remain proud to admit that I was wrong, and he was right. Functional services. Functional products. Also, immensely attractive. Superior work.

Very prompt-did everything they promised they would do. Very professional. Everyone that has seen their work loves it. Would recommend them to anyone. My son will be using them soon. Nothing bad to say-everything went as planned and the quality is great!

Explained everything on free initial visit. A bit costly on shelving installation regarding their products and traditional shelving systems, but explained that their products were designed for high end applications. Work was performed as scheduled and found to be very well done.

They did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with our garage and closets. We've used Tailored Living before in our home in California and Tim and his crew matched their quality and professionalism. It was a welcomed pleasure working with competent and knowledgable individuals. They take great pride in their craft. I would recommend them.

Awesome! My garage is now organized and spacious! It is so beautiful that you would think it was a room inside my home rather than an attached garage! Additionally, I have specialized areas for items such as road bikes and golf clubs, as they provide special hooks and matching storage areas for these large items!

Tim and his team of installers were very professional, courteous and on time. My Daughter and I met his customer service representative at the Home and Patio show. The initial contact was very professional and we were not treated as though we were and quot;window shoppingand quot;! We had all of our questions answered at the show. My husband and I was given a quote for the installation, design,demolition of existing shelving and, organization of our three car garage, that did not change prior to installation. Any concerns and/or needs that we expressed was addressed. Even with the miscommunication on my Husband and I's part, Tim and his team remained professional and courteous. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring the Organizer even with the additional cost involved. The cabinets and flow of the garage is awesome, but most importantly we can park all of our cars in the garage to protect them from the Florida climate and we can now find everything we need, when we need it. PS, Tim's energy is contagious!

This is one of the most courteous and professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their work is outstanding, they are prompt and they clean up after their job. You can find less expensive epoxy companies, but I recommend this one. Our garage is beautiful!
