Some problems arose during installation and after installation. But, all issues were addressed and handled quickly and professionally. The process went fairly smoothly. Very professional staff [Sales & Management Team and Installation Team]. Final product looks great.

I have never met anyone as polite as the salesman and office staff that I worked with. As I told Matt, either you are true to who you say your company is or one slick salesman. He and the staff were excellent. Matt got up on the roof and took video showing me exactly problem spots that were visible to him. As the roofers were working, they took pictures of things they encountered once shingles were removed. The Tadlock crew cleaned up everyday when they left and double checked the landscape around the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
