Very professional. Came back to adjust minor details with no delay.

I called yesterday to have an estimate provided. My call was returned the following day and the person I spoke with was very professional. However, my issue is that they are unable to provide a quote unless someone is home or they can do a "drive-by" but again, if you are unable to answer when they call the estimate cannot be provided. My husband and I are both working professionals who have had to take time off work due to the storm and we do not have additional time to take off for an estimate on the exterior of our property. They have great reviews but I would stay clear if you're unable to be home to listen to a spiel on fences.

They were very professional. The communication was timely. Their estimate was fine, ultimately their prices were just a little bit higher for the same quality of fence, same quality of work. The warranty was the same as with the other company. The other guy just beat their price that is what it came down to.

The good news: the crew showed up on time and installed a good-looking fence in one day. The bad news: the company as a whole didn't exhibit the professionalism that the salesman touted during his pitch which is the primary reason I chose them, despite their price for the job being higher than the competition's. The driver who delivered the dumpster drove over the neighbor's trash cans and through their yard when he was leaving. I realize that he drives for a different company, but he is still Superior's responsibility since they chose to subcontract with his company. They attached one of the fence posts to the house with screws into the new siding. They explained after the fact why that was necessary, but it should have been discussed and approved by me before drilling holes in the house. I found a dent in the aforementioned new siding during the post-installation inspection. Yes, they did eventually fix it, and I understand that accidents happen, but they should have brought it to my attention. A few months after the installation, one of the gate latches came loose because it was missing some screws. Again, it got fixed, but shouldn't have had the problem. My biggest complaint is that the salesman emphasized that the fence complied with the Miami-Dade hurricane code, but when I called to report some minor damage after Hurricane Matthew, the first words out of the mouth of the company rep were that "hurricane damage is not covered." I talked to several employees about this and could never get a straight answer as to how they could claim being compliant to the code but not cover hurricane damage.

I don't have any idea. We did it in two different stages. We split it with my neighbor on one side, and we paid for the back across for that. So, I don't know what the cost was. We have to get them back to fix some boards that are cracked and warping. We weren't happy with how they built our gate. We haven't dealt with them yet, so we haven't done anything about it. I didn't interact with them at all. I haven't used them for responsiveness. We had to wait a while.

These people do not honor a request NOT to call, but to use email. In fact, they put you on their call list. Pressure selling with no regard for your request.

They called at 7:30 AM and arrived on time. Sam did a walk through and asked about fence preferences. Completed job by end of day; very courteous and professional (happy with fence).

After the estimate, I had a delay in communication from them so I could schedule the work. They weren't the cheapest company I received an estimate done, but they seemed more professional than the rest. The day of the work, the guys got here right on time and worked all day. There was a minor issue that I wanted fixed and they did it perfectly. The fences look great.

Staff at superior from the salesman to the office staff were exceptional in the planning and execution of my job. Installers were punctual, professional and so good at their jobs, cleaned up and installation was flawless.

Quality, craftsmanship and Care were outstanding. It is all to rare to find a company where the Customer is still number one and outstanding services are provided. Justin of Superior Fence and Rail did just that. This is a very satisfied customer. Thanks

It went very well. Josh and Jason arrived on time and did a great job. They tailored the fence to the landscape characteristics. It looks great. Arrival, work and clean-up in less than a day.

Great. I was very pleased, the salesman I mean he just knew exactly, he helped me figure out what I needed, what I wanted and then when the crew came they were just wonderful. They were very patient and it just worked out to be a very nice experience and the gates have held up beautifully.

They arrived when they said they would. The work was okey. We are having problems with fence now. Coming apart!

This entire crew, beginning with David and continuing through Scott, Austin, Ernest, Errol, CJ, Horace and Joey, were terrific. They arrived when scheduled, worked nonstop all day, were incredibly focused on their job – everything from aligning each slat evenly, level and straight to taking time to easily answering my questions . It was a pleasure having this crew working at our house and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Professional, personable and very good at what they do.

They did a fantastic job! They were prompt in arriving and performed the entire task meticulously at a steady pace. The results were a quality product that looks great. It easily passed it's first major test when it withstood the winds from Hurricane Mathew. A very friendly and courteous team of professionals, I would absolutely hire them again.

Did job as promised, cleaned up before leaving. At end of job showed me what was done and made sure I was pleased with the job.. Would definitely recommend Superior Fence & Rail to anyone needing a new fence. This is actually the second job this company has done for me. A few years ago replaced a gate for me and I was pleased with that job and wanted to use them again.

The initial representative, Jim, was extremely professional and provided great customer service. The price quote was very reasonable compared to other estimates. Also, the company works with HOA's which is an extremely helpful service. The office staff was very helpful during the scheduling process and was able to work us in before the initial scheduled date. In terms of the installation, Dustin and Errol showed up within the scheduled timeframe, and both were very professional and knowledgeable. They were efficient and worked with us to ensure we understood the process and that we were satisfied with the placement.

4 came out they were told to have the fence align with ground they did not I have holes an along the fence line now I have to get remelt to block off all the holes. I was told a dumpster would be drought out & if newer was. The guys installing the fence was also expecting the dumpster. When I called to find out why I was told that they don't have to inform the customer if it isn't going to be there. The installers had to find a trailer to take the old fence away.

From A-2 everyone was courteous friendly. knowledgeable professional & responsive. I couldn't be happier with the service!

Install crew on time and completed the job one day, despite inclement weather. They did have do return to re-install correct color caps and adjust gate lock.
