Description of Work: Came out in 11-09-2016 gave me an estimate on replacement of my gutters and at that time they could not do this as I had a lot of rotten wood. Just now replaced the wood and the design on the roof line has changed because of that, so I called again for them to come out and have a look because of the different design of the roof line and give me a price quote. I was told out cold they only give one free estimate and they would not come out again. BAM.....that was it, .....I can and should accept the first estimate. Well it is incorrect now, so will I call them again, no, will I recommend them, NO, they apparently are busy enough and DO NOT need my business. Have a nice day folks....CANNOT RECOMMAND THEM

Description of Work: We recently purchased a home and needed a 65' run installed on the front of the house. Beverly kept us updated on the scheduling during and after the hurricane. Description of Work: Sunshine Gutters installed gutters on the front of our house and garage. They were extremely thorough in the quoting process, so I knew exactly what I was getting. I also very much appreciated that they include the accordion extenders to make sure the rain water is directed away from your house and across most flower beds. They cleaned everything back up and were very courteous and professional.

+ -1 moreI called them for an estimate and they were very prompt in setting up a date, performing the estimate (the owner, Chuck, met me in person and explained everything in detail), and providing a written estimate which included copies of their business documentation. After getting 4 other estimates on the same work/same type of gutters, I decided to use Sunshine State due to the overall price - which was the lowest of all estimates - and the professional demeanor of the owner and the service employees in the office. They scheduled the work and showed up on time. They did an outstanding job: quick, professional, and complete. Their level of prompt and responsive customer service is what I expect out of everyone I do business with, yet rarely experience. This is how good customer service is supposed to be! Very happy, and I will recommend them to anyone that needs gutter installation/repair.

Description of Work: Additional gutters were added after it was determined that the diverted put on at the time of a re-roof was not going to handle the rain. Sunshine State had done work for me in the past and were able to add in the current extension and also fix a sag where water was not draining away properly.

+ 1 moreVery professional. I spoke to them several times before committing to the project as I expanded options several times. After final review of the project they came out and performed a professional and quality job delivering exactly what they quoted and drew up with no after sales markups. They even recommended some cost saving options which I appreciated. Site was clean while they worked, and workers (Father and Son) were very nice, professional and educational through out the process.
Description of Work: New gutter install for entire house (Pop ups, many downspouts, and lots of gutters runs). House has many corners and high volume areas which required more downspouts and attention to gutter levels. Did not use fascia board but rather a level to ensure water ran smoothly end to end. I requested quotes from five companies. However, in the end the 10 year warranty, track record, inexpensive cost and family operated company won me over. You can't stay in business with a 10 year end to end warranty if you are always coming back for repairs.....They also minimize the use of non baked on painted parts, which will oxidize after other companies 2 year warranties are up.
