SUNSHINE STATE PLUMBING

Scheduled a pre-plumb appointment for our bathroom remodel. The day of the appointment they called and said the technicians truck broke down and had to reschedule for the following week. This was frustrating because we had timelines to meet with the other contractors and this reschedule put us behind. The following week they sent a plumber out who didn't have a clue how to install the Kohler system we purchased. He spent 45 minutes sitting on my living room floor reading the instructions. At $85 per hour I wasn't expecting someone to have to read instructions. I called their office and told them I didn't think he was the one for the job. They reassured me that he had 30 years experience and was qualified to install the system. 20 minutes later the plumber left and said there was an emergency. He said there was a water main break and he was called off the job. The dispatcher said they would have someone out the next day. I told them to forget it. I had lost all confidence.

I have used Sunshine State Plumbing several times, and they are very reliable. They have been good. The price has been good as well.
