+ -1 moreManny Perez is the owner and he is excellent. He was extremely thorough and reliable. His prices were great. He showed up when he said he would. He did an excellent job. He was very good with a paint brush. He had a wonderful personality. We liked him a lot. My husband is hard to please and he loved him. We had nothing negative to say about him and we would use him again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: We used Sunshine to paint our kitchen because we had a total renovation done. He painted what areas needed to be painted. They did all the woodwork, baseboards, ceiling and everything.
