We called them on a Sunday evening due to leaks in the roof. They stopped out that night and tarped the roof. They were back at 7AM the next morning and worked two straight days to complete the roof replacement. We you blown away by their level service and professionalism. It's been 10 years since the work was done and we've had no issues with the roof.

They were on time and completed the work in 2 1/2 days for the amount they estimated. The roof looks great, all work was done per contract, and they cleaned up completely. I would highly recommend Studard Roofing.

Mr. Studard is very professional, very competent, and a very good person. I called him in December -- not the most convenient time for those who do hard physical labor all year long. He returned our call that night and we met several days later. He examined our roof and explained the work he would do -- in layperson's terms, which we greatly appreciated. He offered us choices of several materials. We chose a relatively new one with high insulation factor and guaranteed to withstand very high hurricane winds. He also said he was busy but could probably do our work by late January. I was disappointed for the delay because of my insurance deadline but impressed with Mr. Studard's professionalism. We received his estimate soon after our meeting. It was quite reasonable. I called to schedule the work, and he didn't return my call for approximately a week. When he did contact me, he apologized for the delay; he had fallen off a roof and broken some ribs and hurt his back and had difficulty moving. We scheduled the job with my understanding that there might be a delay for his recuperation. Then, in early January, Mr. Studard called saying he could start work in several days because another job had been delayed. (He was aware of my insurance pressures.) Also, when I asked him if he needed a deposit for the materials, he told me to never pay a roofer anything until the job was successfully completed. Since this was my first time working with a roofer, I appreciated that advice. Even though he was still in pain from his fall, he and his crew replaced my roof in the cold, windy January weather. They were very well organized, very careful not to damage our landscaping, and very thorough in cleaning up after their work. They used a magnet to be sure there were no stray nails that might hurt our puppy in the yard. We love our new roof. It is attractive. The interior of the house is more comfortable, and it's quieter. Mr. Studard also handled all the paperwork and requested an inspection very quickly. He was also very pleasant. Our experience with Studard Roofing was completely positive. He was one of the few truly professional contractors we worked with during our renovation.

My experience with Mike Studard was exceptional!. I was required to get a new roof in order for State Farm to renew my home owner's insurance. The roof inspector they sent out recommended that I get 4 estimates, throw out the highest & the lowest and pick one in the middle. I got 5 estimates and Mike Studard was the lowest. Despite the inspector's advice, I went w/ Studard Roofing, because he had been highly recommended by a friend. They did an awesome job! The post inspection passed with flying colors; the inspector was totally impressed. He said the shingles Studard used are one of the absolute best available and he couldn't believe the low price I paid. I would highly, highly recommend Studard Roofing!!!

Mike was very professional and provided all paperwork and datelines up front. He showed up on time and worked quickly. His entire team were very conscientious of us and our property. He walked us through every step of the way. I'm very happy with the services, the materials, our exchange and the job itself.

It was very good. I like him. I think he is very honest and he does a good job. I have to end up using somebody else because I couldn’t get a hold of him. He works primarily by himself with a small crew; he is not a company that has a lot of crews. He is probably out roofing. I've recommended him to other people and I would recommend him.

I called Mike to come look at our roof after I noticed an intermittent leak. I had previously had 3 other roofers look at it. The first one gave me a $2000 estimate without even getting on the roof, the second said half the roof would need to be replaced and gave me a $600 estimate and the 3rd said nothing was wrong with it. Needless to say I was confused! My neighbor used Mike so I gave him a call. He came by to look at it and said it didn't look that bad, but he had taken out some nails and filled a couple of holes. He told me to give him a call if it leaked again. It did and he stopped by right away, filled a few more holes and it has been ok ever since. He said I didn't owe him anything for his trouble. Super nice!

Mike was very good at what he does. He is always prepared. We have used them more than once. He really knows what he is doing. He knows how to fix any problem areas on the roof. He cleaned up after himself. I climbed up to look at his work on the roof. It was really good. He did the roof on another house for us. He was very professional. We have had no problems with the roof since.

Mikie Studard looked at my roof and gave me a written estimate. He told me that it would take a little time because of the number of jobs he had, and the weather. It was worth the wait.This is an outstanding company that did a wonderful job at a fair price, and I cannot recommend them enough. Over the years I have had roofs installed on various houses I have owned and this was the best!

So pleased. This is the second roof he's done for us and both were fantastic jobs. Mike knows ALL about roofing, the different kinds of materials available and pros and cons of each. He can come out for an estimate pretty much whenever you are available. We then scheduled for the work to begin just two weeks after agreement. Once started, work was done in 2-3 days, quick. The flashing was done excellently, by the way. Very professional, kept work area clean, overall great job! We have more work for him in the future.

The people from Studard came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They were very conscientious of our yard and bushes while they were working and disposed of all debris. We are happy with the outcome of the work and recommend them as fair priced and high quality workmanship.
