Our experience with them was fine. We actually haven’t bought anything from them in a long time; in about six years. They were timely. The quality of the product was good. We ordered it from them and they delivered it the next day; it was very quick. We didn’t have any problems with them.

I found their website very helpful in narrowing down my choices. They were quick to answer their phone and walk me through all of my options. We quickly settled on a date for delivery once I realized how much cheaper their prices were. The additional service of delivery directly to the job site sealed the deal. On delivery day, their driver quickly unloaded the pavers and allowed me to inspect them before taking payment. Overall, no issues and was very pleased with the quality of their product and service.

My husband and I were looking for a large landscape boulder to add to our front garden. My husband specifically wanted something large with visual interest (bands of color, coquina, etc.) that can serve as a bench. John showed us around and was very helpful in selecting that boulder that was just right for us. I didn't think we would find a rock that perfectly fit my husband's wish list, but we did! Scheduling the delivery was very easy. The driver called when he was on his way, arrived right on time, and had the boulder set in no time. He was very polite, placed the boulder exactly where we wanted it, and offered to further manipulate it to make sure it was in just the right spot. The process was very smooth from start to finish!

This is for the Middleburg store on Blanding Blvd, went to pick up mulch and found them not very helpful. They loaded Mulch one day and seemed to be fair with load, picked up mulch with front loader and shook shovel a couple times to even out load and Next week took neighbor for a load of mulch, a different person loaded this time and he shook bucket seeming to want to unload more on the ground, shook bucket for a good 30 seconds and obvious less load this time, my neighbor also noticed this and I felt embarrassed to have brought her to this business, I will not use them again, Pats on Hwy 17 from now on.
