Did not show up at the date and time promised. Did not call to reschedule. Does not answer his phone. Does not return calls. The price and quality are both very good--finally!

The original work was well done--very good quality. It was a little delayed from the date promised. Our major problems have been after the installation which occurred in January-February, 2013. We were promised the ability to use the remaining portion of our second slab of granite (which we needed to purchase given the size of our kitchen), and to pay only for the labor to have it installed in a small upstairs kitchen. We were also promised repair of two small areas that we discovered were not quite right in our main kitchen granite, and we were promised a granite cutting board. We made over ten phone calls and sent numerous texts during the summer. We eventually learned that Mr. Mills had gone on a five week vacation and apparently made no plans to complete our work as needed and as promised to our contractor. After his return, we reached Mr. Mills two or three times by phone only to be put off. We finally gave up and purchased another counter top, and are living with the two small areas in our main kitchen as is, and have no cutting board. While Mr. Mills is certainly a skilled craftsman, he apparently does not or cannot provide service after the sale, and he does not follow up on what he promises to do. We were struck by the lack of professionalism in his departure for a prolonged vacation with no provisions made to deal with his business and his customers.
