Would never hire them and with so many A list stucco techs in the area why would anyone?

Steven worked wonderfully with me. My situation was a little complicated because the inspector had to be present when he made the openings. Of course inspectors can't give a specific time so Steven assured me that I just had to call him as soon as the inspector called me and he would be at my house. I cannot be more thankful for his patience and commitment. As soon as I called he went right over to my house, met the inspector, opened everywhere that the inspector wanted (9 places) and then stayed and re-stuccoed the openings. Steven left me a voicemail before the day of the inspection and he told me "I am a man of my word." Well that he definitely is, he kept his word and went above and beyond!! It is wonderful to be able to count on someone. Thank you Steven!!!

Steve did a great job! His communication was clear, he was punctual, reasonably priced, and finished the job in a day so that I could get back to painting. Steve and his partner were kind and respectful and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I will definitely be using them again when I get to other rooms in the house.

Steven and his team did an excellent job. From the first contact with Steven the experience was very professional but with a strong personal touch. The original estimate was for both stucco repair and touch up painting if needed to blend the repaired areas to the existing house. The stucco work and the color match was so good that no painting was required. During the estimating process Steven broke the bid down for the stucco repair and painting. When no painting was required Steven was first to bring up reducing the final bill to just the work done. He was great in not trying to add anything on but also made it a point to touch up little things that he noticed. They were very neat, clean and respectful of both the property and our time The entire experience was very good and reminded me what customer service really is. Quality work at a very good and fair price. I would recommend Steven's work highly.

He didn't even attempt to sell a service that wasn't needed, so I did not have to use his services. His integrity tells me that if I do need services in the future that I'll call Stevens!

I called the owner, Steven, on a Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for him to come by and look at the work needing done and to give us an estimate. You can imagine how pleased and surprised we were that he offered to come within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and explained in laymen's terms the process he would use to make necessary repairs. He scheduled the work to be done the following day (which again was a nice surprise). He and his assistant came as promised and did an excellent job. We couldn't have been more pleased! We highly recommend Steven's Conventional Stucco Inc. and would certainly use their services again if needed.

Steve is truly an expert and very professional regarding stucco for both residential and commercial purposes (third generation in the business) . He arrived on time and fully explained what needed to be done to repair the wall to be sound structurally and blend in cosmetically. His clean-up was thorough. At my request, we both then walked around the house where he pointed out areas that will require future attention that I was not aware of and will attend to using him. I have complete confidence in his honesty and integrity.
